Unic Hotel

I booked for 1 night.
The man at reception wasn't very friendly.
Yet the Lady on checking out was very friendly.
Hotel was in good location,
Was clean
Good shower
Wifi was terrible
TV was probably false advertising, said it had satellite channels. Not sure in what room as mine only had 3 different channels.

I really like their staff. Very friendly and good attitude in entertaining customer 😘

Strategic location. However, no parking bay is provided by hotel. Parking is managed by private co and very limited parking bay.

It's clean and nice but
Fridge not working
Safety box not functioning
TV speaker is not functioning well
Lots of unknown sound from outside
Parking rate is expensive (should have special rate for guests)

I enjoyed:
1. The service. Requests were attended to quite immediately by the staffs.
2. The location. It is great!. This hotel is situated in walking distance to convenient stores and restaurants. So looking for food it not at all any issue.
3. The space. It is worth the money (but could have been better if things listed below are improved). The room is huge for the price one is paying.
4. Amenities - fridge, water heater, iron, tv etc.

The things to improve:
1. The windows in the bathroom were difficult to close - smell from the restaurant enters the room via the bathroom.
2. The bottom of the bed was not clean for (i guess) a long time. It was full of dust and spider web.

Will i re-visit? Yes. However, if things are not fixed, then my next stay could be my last in this hotel.

I believe this hotel deserved been given high marks for its location, cleanliness, well manner staffs & most important of all (for me anyway) no smell of bad odor which in my case is a Deluxe King Room. When I call them tellin that I'll be late checking in or checking out process, the way the staff approaches me as a customer is quite good with a touch of warm smile which most hotel staff lacks especially late evening. The room ambient light is good, the toilet is well maintained & squeaky clean. The only thing I want to complain about is the TV quality which is quite bad. Overall I highly recommend this hotel to just about anyone.

the location is superb for a single traveller

I like everything the property, clean n everything i want everything was there.

Non smoking room was full I was put in a smoking room and need to buy my own air freshener. Some toilet amenities are broken as well.

Good location. Room is like for people going there for affair.

Good location and reseonable price. Walking distance to Sunday Market and shopping centre.

The family room is very spacious n clean. Even the bathroom is spacious and clean. I like the design and the rooms seems newly renovated. Suitable for family with either 3 or 4 pax. Location is next to Centre Point shopping mall. Convenient to Imago shopping mall too by walking or Grab. No breakfast due to no hotel restaurant. But a 24 hours McDonald is just across the road. Like the room very much.

The location of the hotel is great. It's close to a wide range of food and massage places.The town is pretty small so you can get to anywhere you want with a ten to fifteen minute walk. The property itself is generally clean - while the lobby looks great, the interior could use a bit of sprucing up. The room I got was large, although maintenance could be slightly improved especially with the toilet. Otherwise though, the room was comfortable. Amenities like toothbrushes and shampoo were available which can't be taken for granted with rooms of this budget.

Is ok for room

Heater in the shower was bad. It did not working. Even air conditioner was malfunctioned. It always turn off by itself even after I removed timer.

Nice room in focused area.

My children like the sea view of ceiling. Beautiful.

Room only ready 2:30pm, very late and we have to wait. Room is basic but the shower is not clean. Water heater doesn’t really work even after the hotel staff tries to fix it.
Very good location though, near markets & good restaurants
