Horrible!
Pros:

Things were ok until they had a party in the ballroom downstairs that was soo loud the place almost shook. IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP ! Think having a rock concert in the next room loud!!!! Manager offered to move us up to another floor. At 11:30 AT NIGHT! I walked up another floor JUST AS LOUD! And their solution was to have 2, 72 year old people move to another room thats just as loud in the middle of the night! My conversation with the desk clerk and the look on her face told me this wasn’t the first time.
IVE STAYED IN A LOT OF HOTELS IN MY LIFE AND THIS IS BY FAR THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!’ POSTED AT 12:11 am and the party is still going!

Great if you want to be in center city of David
Pros:

Located in the center of a busy city, but it has an underground parking garage (free). Within easy walking distance to city center and many restaurants. I ate at one good restaurant just a few steps away. The room was nice. Staff spoke English. AC was powerful and the TV had some English language options.

The staff and accomodations were great. It would have been nice to have had a more comfortable bed (a little less firm). Having the restaurant in the hotel was very convenient. No windows in the room felt odd, but made it more safe?

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre sejour à cet hôtel durant nos 2 nuits. La chambre était très bien (lit confortable, douche eau chaude avec bon debit, air climatisé correcte, bien meublé). Le personnel est très professionnel et attentionné. Les déjeuners au resto sont très bon. Le stationnement intérieur fût très apprécié. Très bon rapport qualité-prix. Nous recommandons cet hôtel.
