Castle Manor Inn

A lovely 1900, Inn. The bed was great. The only problem we had that there are no elevators in the old home . We are seniors so that was a problem

Beautiful property!

Room was clean although a little tired in places. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillows. Staff very welcoming.

Property is little bit away the ocean front. But we had a car, so that was no problem.
The Don, and his daughter were very friendly and helpful with suggestions and recommendations which were excellent for dinner and breakfast. The room was on the second floor above the entrance; was large with king size bed and private bathroom. Very nice.!

What would make it better is if they offered breakfast for their guests. Unfortunately that is not offered at this time; only on the weekends. This is clearly spelled out on their website. So no surprise. If we ever come to Glouster in the future we would definitely use the Castle Manor Inn again. Thank you!

First was our greeting it was friendly and welcoming. We booked at the last minute and were very happy to find this property. Nice view.

Clean room, lovely staff. Not too far from Salem about 30 mins!

Pro: very nice staff, nice updated bathroom, beautiful grounds/patio, good supplies

Con: main building worn, limited clothing storage in room, no coffee even downstairs until about 8:00

Great one night stay after flying into Boston from the United Kingdom. A good rest stop before driving up to Maine.
The only real negative? No in-room coffee making facility.

Old Victorian house with wrap-around porch full of wicker furniture. Coffee and a book on the porch are a great way to start the day!

This is an older building. Please be ready for that. Room was clean and bathroom was nice.

The staff there are amazing; they are very friendly and helpful! When I called regarding late check in, John stayed on the phone to offer great suggestions on scenic alternative routes to also avoid heavy traffic. When we arrived, John provided recommendations for nearby dining for dinner. The room was clean and suited our needs. Moreover, the dining staff at breakfast answered all our questions and provided excellent, attentive service.

Upon arrival to the manor we were greeted by John, who had the best hospitality.
We have met in a very long time, staying at a Inn. He has 5 star service with kindness! He was sweet enough to pull out a map of the local areas and give us tips and tricks. So we can fully enjoy our trip. Thank you. John, you are recognized and appreciated.

Stayed in the motor side of the castle manor room was clean and nice but bathroom needs up dating. Room rate was a little pricey for the room
