Lage, Räumlichkeiten und Dienstleistungen am Gast sind auf einem ganz hohen Niveau.
Pros:

Das Personal Hotel / Bar / Frühstücksraum ist einfach nicht zu übertreffen. Dienstleistung durch Freundlichkeit mit großer Freude am Beruf. Habe ich selten , wenn überhaupt so durchgängig erlebt.

Cons:

Leider nur die Abreise nach drei Übernachtungen 😉

Excellent staff, awesome building and room, great location!
Pros:

The staff was very helpful. The check in and parking directions that were provided before we arrived was very helpful!

Sehr schöner Kurzaufenthalt in der Altstadt von Regensburg
Pros:

Sehr schönes Boutique-Hotel mit viel Charme in der Altstadt von Regensburg. Wir hatten das Glück ein up-grade für ein Superior-Zimmer zu erhalten. Zwar in der dritten Etage ohne Aufzug, aber dafür sehr schön! Vom Hotel aus sind in wenigen Gehminuten die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig zu erreichen. Zudem liegen viele Cafés und Restaurants im näheren Umfeld. Frühstück wird im Hotel nicht direkt angeboten, kann aber in der zum Hotel gehörenden Chin Chin-Bar reserviert werden, schmackhaft und sehr zu empfehlen.

La signorina alla reception ci ha accolto in modo eccellente, gentile ed efficiente anche nella colazione

Cons:

Il cameriere (uomo) del bar ci ha servito l’ultimo giorno una spremuta troppo ghiacciata e molto scarsa come dose nel bicchiere, non è stato sicuramente all’altezza degli altri componenti dello staff nell’attenzione alla clientela dell’hotel per la colazione

Sehr nettes Hotel in perfekter Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden
Pros:

Lage ist prima, Innenstadt sehr gut zu Fuß zu erkunden. Viele schöne Cafes und Kneipen in der Nähe und auch sehr viele schöne Sehenswürdigkeiten.

Cons:

Zimmer etwas hellhörig. Lag vielleicht an der schlecht gedämmten Zwischentür.
