Pros:

Good communication with the manager for late check in went very smoothly

Cons:

Amenities for each room in descriptions were a little lacking ? And would have been nice to know where each room was in relation to our other rooms ? Booking 12 rooms was difficult , especially through a third party booker ?

Our stay was very pleasant and the facility was exactly what we needed.
Pros:

I was initially worried about how we would access the room upon check in, but turned out the lock box system was extremely easy & effective. All good

Enjoyed our stay and appreciated the excellent customer service.
Pros:

I liked the lodge itself and thought the location was nice although it was very far from where my daughter‘s dance competition took place downtown Kelowna. But we booked our room with other dance families which made it more affordable.

Cons:

The interior of our suite seemed shabby and needed some TLC.
