Excellent stay in a perfect location with exceptional pet-friendly service
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay and can highly recommend this hotel! The breakfast was diverse and delicious, offering plenty of options to start the day right. The hotel also has an elevator, which made everything very convenient.

The location is absolutely perfect — right next to the old town, with restaurants and major attractions all within easy walking distance.

We were traveling with our small dog, and the hotel truly exceeded our expectations in terms of pet-friendliness. Our dog was warmly welcomed with a cozy bed and food bowls in the room. A special thank you to lovely Julieta, who took such great care of our dog during breakfast — it meant a lot to us.

Overall, an excellent experience and we would happily stay here again!

Le confort de la chambre. La gentillesse du personnel . Le très bon petit déjeuner. L’excellent emplacement pour visiter Palma. Les bons conseils de visite et de restaurants indiqués par la réceptionniste qui parlait français.
