We were in Palma for a wedding and from the moment we arrived at the hotel it felt like nothing was too much trouble . Hotel was as spotless and furnished very well . The breakfast was amazing , loved the omelettes cooked fresh at request every morning . The atmosphere in the hotel was very relaxing and just perfect , also location couldn’t of been better in the old town

This stay was overall a disaster. If you enjoy rock hard beds you’ll enjoy this hotel - if you are a side sleeper and need to be able to walk the next day without your hip aching you need to choose a different hotel. When I asked for a refund for the third night due to not being able to sleep on a rock the first two nights and wanting to move to a different hotel, the owner of the hotel had zero empathy and actually screamed at his on-site manager for bothering him with such a “stupid problem” because I wanted to speak to the owner directly when I was told there was no possibility of a refund for the third night even though I would not be staying there that night. Zero sense of customer service. Please do yourself a favor and book a different hotel - paying a bit more for a nicer hotel for my third night was well worth the money.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, frisch und lecker. Julietta war ausserdem die perfekte Unterstützung. Sie hat uns perfekte Empfehlungen gegeben (Essen, Strände, Bars) und war extrem herzlich. Vielen Dank dafür!
