Cons:

Les toilettes pas entièrement séparées de la chambre, la porte pas complètement fermée jusqu en haut… moyen pour l intimité aux toilettes

Supert, lite hotell sentralt i Palma. Nydelig frokost og personalet var utrolig imøtekommende ga oss en service som var langt over det vi forventet. Kan anbefales.

Ein kleines schönes Hotel, sehr persönlich geführt, mitten im Zentrum von Palma.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral, direkt an der Rambla. Unser Zimmer lag direkt mit Blick auf die Rambla und daher hörten wir den Strassen-und Stadtlärm. Das war uns vorher klar, da wir die Lage des Hotels kannten. Schlafen ist dann besser mit ge-
schlossenem Fenster. Es ist ein kleines, sehr persönlich geführtes Hotel. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.
Da wir wenig oder gar nicht frühstücken, war das für uns nicht entscheidend. Es ist aber alles vorhanden, Müsli, Brötchen,
Brot, Wurst, Käse, Marmelade, frische Guacamole, Eier in jeder Form, guter Kaffee, Tee, Wasser, Säfte, Sekt.

Cons:

Wir hatten 1x ein kleines Missverständnis. Frühstück ist bis 10.30 Uhr. Wir kamen um 10.15. Uns war klar, wir nehmen uns
2 Kaffee und 1 Teller mit Brot/Käse, das reichte uns an dem Tag. Da wurden wir nochmal darauf hingewiesen, dass Frühstück nur bis 10.30 ist. Wir hatten nie erwartet, dass das ganze Buffet für uns noch nach 10.30 aufgebaut bleibt.

Great hotel and location with brilliant staff
Pros:

The location was excellent right in the middle of the Old Town. A bistro hotel it was very comfortable, that room was excellent and the breakfast very good. The staff at this hotel were so helpful and pleasant and we couldn’t as for better attention throughout our stay.
