Très bon hôtel, très bien situé
Pros:

- la chambre grande
- grande salle de bain
- beaucoup de rangements
- volets et stores pour nuit noire dans la chambre
- Boite de chocolat, champagne, eau et café offert
- le style de l’hôtel
- le petit déjeuner varié et très bon
- proximité de tout les lieux à visiter.
- la gentillesse de la dame à l'accueil :)

Cons:

- bruits et vibrations des autres chambres du a l’aspect ancien des chambres. Mais la nuit c’était peu dérangeant
- balcon qui donne sur une cour intérieure sans intérêt
- le prix en haute saison qui reste très élevé pour une ville comme Palma

El recepcionista que nos recibió primero me quiso cobrar mientras ya había pagado segundo tuve que espera que le cobrara a Booking mientas yo en mi cantidad de viajes nunca me había pasado , le dije esto lo puedes hacer luego yo necesito descansar y me dijo que no de verdad nunca visto y aparte no pague poco dinero por una noche ahora la recepcionista de la mañana muy simpática y la chica del desayuno divina pero no volveré espero tengan el detalle de haber llamado por el acire
