Pros:

Restaurant staff was terrible. Ate with a group of friends. 4 of them had their food delivered in about 45 minutes. After 2 hours i finally asked about my meal. 10 minutes later they came and ask me to confirm what i ordered. They rushed my meal, if you can call waiting 2 1/2 hours rushing. Dish was cold and under cooked. No apologies, no we are sorry, just nothing. Food was terrible.

Super accommodating and provided lots of activities!
Pros:

The staff here was extremely friendly and super accommodating. They were able to get us on an amazing tour of the Nairobi national park even though we forgot to book in advance! The included breakfast has a large variety of options on was super delicious!! The only complaint I would have is that we booked a double room and they put us in a single, but it ended up being totally fine!

the staff are nice, and the room was clean. Good place to disconnect as the internet is very poor.

there was basically no internet in my room, which is annoying. The bathroom needs renovation.
