The party's days are lightly busy
The real service issues of a hotel a visible during a long stay. In case of 1/2 night stay services look okay for the guest as deficits are not visible.
My stay was for 5 nights and it was a forgettable one. The service of the hotel at following areas was very poor:
1. Service at breakfast: the staff is least interested in providing with required items from live counter or any additional food items.
2. In room dining - they serve cold food and hot cold drinks to make your food experience memorable.
Only one spoon and fork is provided which is to be used for serving as well as eating.
3. Housekeeping: First time heard about the rule for hand towel on request. They don’t provide hand towels unless you ask for it and wait for more than 30 minutes. They want the guest to wait for washing their hands and face after a long day.
Hand towel is a basic amenities provided by hotel.
Really disappointed with the stay. It was a company paid accommodation otherwise I would have checked out after first day itself.
Friendly, helpful staff. Good location. Room had a good view, includes fridge, plenty of storage & quiet enough to sleep. Door has a peep hole cover and a strong door bolt in addition to the lock!
Please include small hand towels, hangers in cupboard. Pre-set TV channels & provide only 1 remote. No one has time to decipher TV settings.
Tried to change date for one off the booked night and add additional night, manager not willing to help. I know I booked two nights on non cancelable basis but expected better effort. Hey ho nothing to say about my long term relationship via hotels.com

Beautiful property and friendly staff. The only gripe I had was, we stayed on the ninth floor. The floor above was maybe the roof bar. So they either were moving heavy furniture or having noisy as heck parties deep into the night which kept my family and I awake. It wasn't ideal.
hotel is good location is central and well connect to metro, rooms are ok good stay for business meetings and Hotel raddison blu is 300 metre distance, staff are good . food are good but north india flavour are less, Chef Elbia is nice guy who are ready to help and try to do his beat.
Wow, loved this place shame I only stayed one night. 2 Great bars. One of which is a rooftop one. Great food both breakfast and dinner. Would definitely stay here again. Staff very friendly and helpful. Great central location. Great beds and clean rooms.

Excellent location for shopping and visiting our dentist. Housekeeper (Maya/Prince) did a great job keeping our room clean & tidy (loved the towel pig with my sunglasses on). Hotel has a roof top pool, with food & drinks in the evening. Bar on first floor had delicious food (starters), which was our dinner on one night. Front of house reception staff were very friendly and helpful. We will stay here again.

today we went to olive down and we ordered for two beer with one side dish combo...ambience and service is too good....this is our third time visit here...but today we disappointed with the dish cheriyaulli with chicken it's pathetic..and the worst dish we tried ever from a 5star hotel!!

I booked a smoking room in the 4 th floor.main thing was that i was having an emergency i couldn't hire an auto that time it was raining heavily outside a guy named ABAD who's in front office helped me with the auto it was a pleasant service thank you
The best part about this place is that it's in the city centre and getting anywhere in Kochi from here is very easy and convenient. The food is decent and the staff is friendly. They also have a very nice roof top sitting where they serve food and has a great view of the city from top. Overall a nice place and definitely recommended.
If you love mosquitoes, noisy nights and unprofessional, incapable front desk staff- go ahead and book this 5 star rated hotel. I always post positive reviews, so what happened here?( Notes to owner after each*)
1. Entry is swarming with mosquitoes, which follow guests into lobby, lifts and rooms. Our room had mosquitoes behind the curtains and in the bathroom on the 7th floor. I had numerous bites from sitting in the lobby for 10 minutes.
* One incense stick at one of the entries is truly pathetic. Serious attention to your mosquito problem is needed to provide your guests with a safe environment. Electrical options?
2. Noise at night. We were kept awake in Room 716 both nights by intermittent loud thumping and trolley (not bag) wheels on a hard floor. No voices. Noise went on until past 1am and started again at 5am.
3. My husband called reception early in the morning on our first day to complain about the noise. He was told the laundry is above our room! He then went down to reception after breakfast and was told there's definitely NO laundry above our room...there shouldn't be any noise and she'd investigate. The second night was worse. We then looked into the window of the door next to our room marked "Staff Only". Sure enough- large laundry trolleys! As we checked out, my husband expressed his disappointment with our stay, with that same female staff member. He asked to speak to the manager- she said she was a manager. (I noticed a male manager - blue shirt did come out of his office and stood to the side, observing and listening) As my husband politely outlined his concerns the female staff member-'manager' repeatedly pushed back as if he was lying. Finally, she said she had wanted to change our rooms the day before but couldn't find us. When my husband said we were back in our room by 6pm...and she could have contacted us as she had our phone number- blank- she had nothing to say. End of story. No apology. The most appalling thing was the senior(?) male manager who heard everything just walked off!
* Management needs a full scale review- training is essential - basic communication skills (including the need to apologise when appropriate), procedural processes erc. Also undertake a review of workplace culture to refocus on guests- that's your business!!!
Finally to the positive...
The restaurant staff were lovely, good breakfast, comfortable bed, bottled water supplied, good hotel security.
