De devoir payer une nuit sur les 3 que j avais réservé mais que je n ai pas pu honorée
Mais surtout c est pour cela que je mets une notes négative :
Ma chambre donnais sur une cour / parking très bruyantes le matin
Déchargement de caisses et gens qui parlent fort

Je n ai pas pu dormir le matin !!
Enfin il m’ont fait payer 20 euros en plus pour le parking alors que je ne l’avais ni réservé ni utilisé

Pros:

Overall, everything was wonderful. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and I had a very pleasant stay.
The only downsides were that it was quite cold in the room, and the internet connection was very weak on the top floor. Aside from that, everything else was great

zentrale Ortslage , Personal ( freundliche , zugewandte Betreiber )

Cons:

Kälte im Zimmer ( mangelnde Option, trotz voll arbeitender Heizkörper an kalten Wintertagen über 20 Grad Raumtempetatur zu erreichen ) : Dieses Sollte aber außerhalb kühler Jahreszeit, keinerlei Negativaspekt darstellen ;

Agradable estancia (off-season)
Pros:

+servicio de desayuno. Encargada muy atenta, proporcionando incluso por adelantado, lo que necesitábamos.
+limpieza y tamaño de la habitación
+ubicación, aunque hay que decir que estábamos fuera de la temporada alta, en la que imagino todo se llena de gente, y el hotel esta justo donde comienza el teleférico.
+posibilidad de aparcar el coche en un patio privado cerca del hotel

Cons:

-fuimos despertados por la mañana pronto por el personal de limpieza, incluso antes de prepararnos para ir a desayunar, cuando la habitación hay que dejarla a las 11 de la mañana. La excusa era que ella tenia que terminar de 9 a 12. Cuando la entrada a las habitaciones es a partir de las 3 o las 4 de la tarde.
-la calidad del café era muy baja. Se anuncian como que tienen un gran desayuno, y luego regatean y ratean con el café.

I will stay again on my next trip to Germany.
Pros:

Good breakfast. Location in the center of Rudesheim. Room wis great with a larger than average shower. I could bend over to wash my feet.

Lage direkt beim Weihnachtsmarkt und der Bergbahn. Herausragendes Frühstück (sehr viele vegetarische und vegane Komponenten). Bar-Bereich.

Pros:

The hotel itself was full of character and absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Old style look. The rooms themselves did not have the same look but were adequate. Everything was very clean. Nice hotel workers. Wonderful breakfast. Central location.

Cons:

It needed air conditioning. The beds were too low to the floor and could have been more cushioning. It was almost too centrally located! Lots of night time noise just outside the hotel. People were happy and enjoying themselves (which was great!) but the sound carried from outside into our room.
