It was a good spot in the town
Pros:

Location was good and staff were friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was ok if you got there early but they don’t replenish the items frequent enough. There was a dead fly on the croissants (they are not covered - just in the open)

Personale gentilissimo e prefessionale.
Posizione ottima, vicino a molte città d'arte Toscane. Vicinissimo alla stazione dei treni per poter andare a Firenze senza prendere l'auto.
Ristorante interno dove si mangia bene e si spende poco.

Cons:

Colazione sotto le aspettative: nessun croissant caldo appena sfornato, prodotti dolciari non freschi.
La colazione è una parte importante dei servzi forniti da un hotel e migliorarlo farebbe la differenza.

Le stanze erano eccesssivamente calde e mancanti di zanzariere per poter aprire le finestre in tranquillità.
