Pros:

O Hotel fica colado ao aeroporto Santos Dumond, o que faz com que seja muito cômodo e seguro, pois é possível chegar até ele em poucos passos. A estrutura é ótima, as camas confortáveis, o chuveiro com boa vazão de água quentinha, e a limpeza é impecável. O café da manhã é excelente, tanto pela qualidade e variedade, quanto pela vista do local, pois fica na cobertura, ao lado da área da piscina. Ao redor do hotel há várias lojas e restaurantes, não faltando opções para café, almoço e jantar. É a segunda vez que me hospedo no hotel e me senti tão bem quanto a primeira.

Muito bom ficar perto do SDU, mas precisa a manutenção dos quartos e da infra muito ruim

Muito prático acordar e já embarcar, sem ter que ficar desesperado para pegar um táxi na Zona Sul. O quarto estava limpo, e os lençóis eram novos. O café da manhã era prático e bem gostoso, com um horário adequado à localização.

Cons:

A manutenção deixou bastante a desejar. Vários interruptores com defeito, materiais desgastados, nota-se que precisa de um retrofit, quartos meio Inn de estrada americano. Fora que, muito grave, a água da privada estava escurecida, de ferrugem ou de terra, não sei dizer. Fiquei com receio da do banho também, e eu já tinha tomado.

Funcionários pouco simpáticos. O hotel não fez arrumação do meu quarto, embora tenha sido pedido. Além disso, solicitei a substituição de pilhas do controle remoto da minha TV que não funcionava e fui completamente ignorado.

Ho scelto questo hotel per la seconda volta, la prima era stata nel 2016. Lo sceglierei altre mille volte; ogni volta lascio un pezzo di cuore. L’estrema gentilezza, la cortesia, l’atmosfera, la vista mozzafiato sulla Baia di Guanabara, la vicinanza al centro storico e molto altro fanno di questo hotel - per me - la migliore soluzione di soggiorno a Rio De Janeiro! Grazie a tutto lo staff per l’ospitalità.

Odwiedzenie Rio i powiązany z tym pobyt w Prodigy Santos Dumont - to jest to!
Pros:

Profesjonalizm, ale też życzliwość jak i zrozumienie pracowników oraz kierownictwa. Wybrałem ten hotel ponownie po 7 latach i z pewnością wybiorę jeszcze raz jeżeli przyjadę do Rio po raz trzeci.
