Next to the airport. Nice communal areas.
Reception staff were indifferent, specially Anna Clara who checked me in. Barely said a word. Might be on the autistic spectrum, hence not suitable in a customer facing job.

Meu apartamento tinha o chão como se fosse uma “meleca”, o ar condicionado embora tenho um local pra regular não regulava, achei que meu quarta precisasse de uma manutenção…

Não gostei do café da manhã, pães e bolos ressecados, tapioca ruim. Só não acho que condiz com as quatro estrelas do hotel.

Quarto espaçoso, cama confortável, silencioso para um ótimo descanso.

Localização ao lado da saída do aeroporto no entanto não possui comodidades de mercados próximos, somente lojas do ''shopping bossa nova aeroporto'' no entanto as coisas são bem mais caras do que no mercado comum.
Do quarto que ficamos pra recepção achei um pouco longe os deslocamentos até o elevador dentro do hotel, o elevador para piscina e cobertura um pouco mais próximo.
Banheiro bom no entanto o chuveiro pela manhã apresentava pouca pressão e pouca água, e alguns momentos durante o banho quente ficava gelado, não contem box, somente cortina embora haja caimento da água acaba molhando o banheiro. Sugestão ajustar horário da piscina do hotel, pois na maioria das hospedagens o horário de funcionamento é ate as 22:00h, e as 19:00h muitas vezes quando saímos do trabalho as 18:00h e chegamos no hotel quase as 19:00h não é possível aproveitar os benefícios da estadia paga, além da piscina ter água gelada que poderia ser aquecida.

A localização.
Pedi um jantar e veio completamente gelado. Tive que devolver e pedir na rua. Além disso o quarto tinha um cheiro muito forte de desinfetante e o cobertor estava mais ainda. Tive uma dor de cabeça bem forte por conta do cheiro e acordei com alergia nos olhos. Outro ponto foi o barulho do corredor parecia que as pessoas estavam falando dentro do quarto. Deveriam ser portas que bloqueiam mais o barulho de fora.
- the location around the corner to the airport is priceless for covenience, but it is just that.
- at three o´clock in the morning room service carry a noisy trolly with food (those really cheap ones, with extremely hard noisy wheels) is doing his job and listening to music on his phone at full blast.
- the reception is overcrowded with staff chitchatting instead of taking care of the clients
- the price is ridiculous for the the outdated, un-cared rooms.
- the toilet bowl could not be used without getting blocked and maintenance had to come every time to unblock it.
- the breakfast was poor, the room is so cold that the dishes that were supposed to be hot are also cold
- awful coffee (first time I ever had bad coffee in Brazil)
- the guests are noisy all night long absolutely no one cares about any thing
- breakfast staff loves discussing internal hotel issues in the breakfast room
- during the whole night the taxi drivers in front of the hotel love to blast their loud music
- I can go on and on
the place is probably worthwhile for one night if you have an early flight. More than that is a waste of money.
