Es ist hervorragend; man hat einen direkten Blick auf den Rhein vom Fenster aus. Es eignet sich perfekt für gemütliche Wanderungen, und der fehlende Internetzugang reduziert den Aufwand, am Computer arbeiten zu müssen.

Tolle Lage bei durchschnittlichem Komfort
Pros:

Die Lage meines Zimmers im ersten Stock mit Blick auf den Rhein und das gegenüberliegende Rheinufer.

Cons:

Leider war mein Zimmer in einem „Nebengebäude“, weshalb ich den Weg zum Frühstück mit dem Auto fahren musste.

Für 1 Nacht auf Radtour kurzfristig gebucht zu einem fairen Preis.
Pros:

Wir waren für 1 Nacht da. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Abendessen gab es nur in Form eine Büffets zum Preis von € 25 pro Person, das nicht allzu üppig, aber durchaus ausreichend war. Da es in Kestert selbst sonst keine Alternative gibt, wir als Radtouristen abends nicht mehr woanders hinfahren wollten, war es für uns okay.

Cons:

Das Gästehaus ist ein ehemaliges Hotel, die unten eingerichtete ehemalige Gaststube durften wir als Unterstellmöglichkeit für unsere Fahrräder nutzen. Eher eine Notlösung und keine gesicherte Unterbringung.
Zum Frühstück ging es wiederum in ein anderes Gästehaus. Alles kein Problem, schaut man sich das Haupthaus im Netz an, hat man doch einen anderen (besseren) Eindruck.

Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé. Accueil bienveillant personnel à l'écoute de nos besoins et très souriant. Petit déjeuner et repas du soir sous forme de buffet la qualité et la quantité étaient au rendez vous.La chambre était spacieuse et propre .Pas de souci pour se garer
