L'hotel è in uno dei quartieri più carini di San Jose con bar e ristoranti.
Check-in H24, ragazzi molto gentili ma con poca esperienza.
Colazione molto buona con disponibilità per il seggiolone per il bambino.
Camera e bagno molto grandi ma arredamento molto basilare.

Cons:

Lenzuola e asciugamani non troppo puliti, manca una luce a fianco del letto. Tende alla finestra sporche e poco coprenti.
L'hotel si trova di fianco al.passaggio a livello quindi si sente molto bene il rumore del treno che passa.
