Ancienne construction mais très bien entretenue, très propre.
Petit déjeuner: ce qu'il faut et bonne qualité

Cons:

Il faisait extrêmement chaud ,la chambre en dessous du toit n'était pas équipée avec air conditionné, impossible de dormir malgré le ventilateur mis à disposition.
Vue l'emplacement dans un rond point on n’a même pas pu ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit .
Très cher par rapport à ce qu'on offre.

Cons:

Le dimensioni della stanza da due persone assolutamente inadeguata. In cinque notti mai cambiati gli asciugamani. Televisione non regolabile. Prese di corrente poche e mal posizionate.

Friendly staff, hip ambience, clean, great value for the region.
Pros:

Upscale gourmet burgers and steak tartar restaurant and bar on the main floor, with a hip ambiance. Our room was clean and accommodating for our family of four. We stayed during a heat wave, and they were kind to let us use two portable fans. Staff members are friendly, super helpful, and kind. Loved the patio with herb garden.
Switzerland is expensive, and this was a good value.

Cons:

Our room was a bit cramped and warm, but we appreciated having our family in one room, which is hard to find in this region.
It’s about 10 minutes ride from Luzern by car or taxi. The bus takes an hour!
No laundry facilities—the closest one is in Luzern.

Pros:

The service was absolutely perfect. The staff are so welcoming, always smiling, and bring a fantastic energy to the place.

​The restaurant is incredible—the burger and local beer combo is a must-try and literally one of the best we've had worldwide!

​The rooms, while on the smaller side, do the job perfectly.

Cons:

​The only downside is the lack of AC. If you visit during the summer, it gets quite hot.

Hyggetligt hotel med god beliggenhed i forhold til at besøge Luzern. Meget let at komme til og fra. Havde parkering med mulighed for opladning.

The hotel staff went out of their way to reach out to me and let me know that my daughter left her retainers behind. As

The property is right next to the bus line, which was perfect for us since we were using Switzerland transportation system. The staff there were extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Unfortunately, we visited Switzerland during a heat wave, and there is no air-conditioning in the room. This made it difficult to be comfortable while in the room.
