Great 4th of July Family getaway!
Pros:

Very clean and spacious! Both indoor and outdoor swimming with plenty of seating and space to enjoy the sun. Its location is near many restaurants and there’s a huge convenient store nearby.

The woman at the front desk helped me out when I didn't have a physical debit card. That saved my vacation.

I found an empty beer can in the room. The pillows sucked, and the water temperature in the shower was never good.

Could use some work.
Pros:

Location was good. I did not try the breakfast.

Cons:

Room was not fully cleaned (food crumbs on bed, dust on furniture), coffee packets were open/not replaced, towels and sheets smelled like chlorine (not sure if they were just not replaced or not washed properly?), and when I went to check out the person at the front desk was asleep and snoring on the desk. It was about 7:30 am.

Rude as hell.
Pros:

The breakfast, front desk, housekeeping staff was great, the general manager "Tom" was rude when asking questions about check in on the phone.

Cons:

I got a call on my check in day that i only paid for 2 of the 3 rooms i booked for 5 nights when on website i clearly paid for all 3 rooms. Then check in wasnt as smooth as I liked, upon arrival on top of all the money I paid up front for the 5 night stay I had another 220 dollar incendental charge that had to be paid at front desk which wasnt clear in my booking when paid up front to rent. When asking about the charges because originally it was 320 dollars then turned to 220 some how. And for voted "best breakfast," they could of added biscuits and gravy with bacon for how much I had to pay to stay the breakfast isn't all that great. Won't be coming back for how rude Tom was on the phone, especially because they started the day calling me trying to charge my card for the 3rd room I obviously paid for in advance time. Waste of money.

HORRIBLE NEVER AGAIN
Pros:

The pool accommodations for all ages.

Cons:

The bold guy desk employee. He was very rude. Aggressive. Made false accusations against me and my children. Was racist towards my children. Had put me and my children out after being there not even 4.5 hours. My children don’t cause no issues or problems with anyone there! Was barely even at the hotel to cause any problems!
