It was clean and functional, just what we needed for an overnight stop on a long journey. Enjoyed having a drink in the bar.

La habitación tiene mucha humedad y notas mucho la humedad, no conectan la calefacción y no es confortable sentir la humedad y el frío. También el apartamento tiene muchas manchas de humedad y la limpieza es terrible, paredes con moho y grifos con moho en la Valera, falta mantenimiento serio
The beds were comfortable although the accommodation is quite basic. There is tea coffee facilities in room. I think the accommodation is not as good as when we stayed two years ago. The room did not seem serviced in the three days.
We had meals there for 1 evening and 1 lunch, The food definitely was not as good as two years ago. Not as many staff, obviously suffering. All looks a bit run down!
The room is neat and tidy. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food is good. I asked for the use of the ironing board and iron and they brought it to my room.
The remote for the TV does not work and I had to manually change the channels on the TV itself - a bit annoying.

Mogelijkheid om te eten viel zwaar tegen. Geen lunch mogelijk vanwege een of ander lunchgebeuren op zondagen waarvoor je diende te reserveren. Hadden ze van tevoren even kunnen melden lijkt me. Ook avondeten was daarom niet mogelijk. Ontbijt ook niet bleek de volgende dag; want "gesloten"?
Nothing to like especially.
Size of room compared to second room booked for the same price, appalling shower room, with broken fittings above the wash basin, light above the basin not working, cupboard held on by one hinge, and a moderator fixed to the toilet which cycled continually throughout the stay. Very poor, and definitely not value for money. No breakfast available.
The bed was comfy. The staff were friendly. The pub food looked good. Cheap room price.
The shower room was fairly dirty both in the shower and around the toilet. In particular the toilet brush which had remnants of dirty toilet paper etc on it, which we notified staff of. Cleanliness could have been better in the room too. The remote control did not work so the tv had to be operated by the buttons at the back. Think it all just needs a bit of care and attention as very dated. Its also a shame that with a kitchen that has a vast daytime menu, that they dont offer breakfast.
We had a serious issue with first night no hot water to shower/ bathe in , couldn’t tell anyone until the following day at 12pm when the pub opened and they said they would call someone when we returned we had scolding hot water and no cold so couldn’t shower for 2 days whilst attending a wedding locally.

The room was extremely dirty, windows frames looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in years, very dusty furniture and unclean carpets…the bathroom was disgusting, I didn’t use the shower, had to wait until we got to our next venue for a wedding, they really need to rectify this. I know the price wasn’t expensive but I do except a high level of cleanliness when paying for a service
