Room size was kind of small
Aloft is always on point with cleanliness and good vibes and no pet fees for our 12lb pup. Also free bottled water is nice.
Slamming doors, no microwave in the room and no included breakfast options.

Tried to add my uncle to the reservation, I immediately got sent to reservations, they couldn’t help me. I called back & Zena from morning shift, refused to assist me & then started ignoring my phone calls. If this i how guest are being treated before arrival, this place needs to be shutdown. Just disgusting. Definitely reporting this place.
24 Hour Shuttle, Courteous Staff
Everything was great! Most importantly, the staff. They were incredible and so kind to my 3 year old daughter. When my daughter walked into the hotel, she looked around and said "Wow everything is so pretty!" It took her breath away and was really cute.
I love how kid friendly the place is while still offering an adult vibe. My husband got to be an adult and not just "dad" (he's a stay-at-home parent and always in dad mode), and he got meet nice people at the bar.
The ONLY thing that would have made it better was if there was a bathtub.

I never got to enjoy my stay or get my room key after my card was swiped for the room took the money and the front desk didn't allow me to recv my room kys because it was pending although the money was deducted and I showed email of charge
