Comfy, clean room. Fabulous view!

Great views on the beach, bed was good. Place shows its age but best price for the view you get. If your on the second or third floor you have to go up some small stairs

The ocean view was breathtaking. The room was clean. My Keurig wasn't working. The people next door the first night were very loud. All in all, though, a great stay, and the price was very good.

The room was clean. We had a nice deck with an ocean view to sit out on in the morning and evening. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Decent view of the ocean across the road. Room was small but nice and reasonably updated. Hot water was a little unpredictable during the morning shower. House keeping staff does a nice job.

The room was clean but it is very dated. I think it was a bit pricey for what you got.

the view is splendid. the people are all so friendly. we will continue to go back every year as we have.

Some of the room could have been a bit cleaner but still a great place to stay for the price.

It was an excellent location. Have stayed before but the hotel has been upgraded nicely. Staff courteous and helpful.

This is such a nice and comfortable place to stay. Very clean. Great ocean views. Its all been recently updated. Easy check in and pleasant staff. The best part is the balcony. Comfortable chairs perfect to view sunrise over the ocean. The bed is made up very nicely with at least 4 pillows. Having a Keurig and a fridge is a nice touch too.

But the price is way too high. It could be definitely reduced. They want to make as much as profit in summer, so they hike up the price very unreasonably.

The room has a gorgeous view, it is very clean and up-to-date, the staff is friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again, very peaceful. Note I came after Labor Day so a little off-season..

Can’t beat being across the street from the beach!

This place was absolutely spectacular! The atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall experience were top-notch. My only minor complaint is the bathroom setup—there’s no counter or shelf space for toiletries, just a pedestal sink and a toilet. A small shelf or table would make a big difference in convenience. Still, we loved our stay and would definitely come back!

Beautiful view of york beach. The chairs on the balcony are very uncomfortable. The bathroom is very outdated. Tub faucets coming out of the wall, soap dish tarnished. Water temp a bit difficult to control. No room in bathroom for anything. No bathroom fan. For what they charge per night, i expected better. Very clean though. Bed comfortable. Front desk nice and responsive and helpful.
