De manager was zelf niet aanwezig, maar wel bereikbaar via WhatsApp. Hij was beleefd en reageerde snel op berichten, wat een positief punt is.

Helaas kan hetzelfde niet worden gezegd over het personeel. Het personeel was onbeleefd, ongeïnteresseerd en soms ronduit brutaal in de communicatie.

Wij verbleven twee weken met drie personen in een suite. In die periode is de suite slechts twee keer schoongemaakt. De lakens zijn in die twee weken maar één keer verschoond. Voor toiletpapier moesten we telkens zelf vragen, en zelfs dat ging met zichtbare tegenzin.

Daarnaast was de staat van het appartement zeer slecht. Het meubilair en de voorzieningen waren oud en versleten. De borden en keukenspullen waren vies en duidelijk aan vervanging toe.

Ik heb nog nooit in zo’n slecht hotel verbleven. Dit was een bijzonder teleurstellende ervaring en ik zou dit hotel absoluut niet aanraden.

During check-in General manager or owner has forced to leave the apartment father of the family who had paid the booking and was sponsor of staying his children in accommodation. General manager or owner was rude abd threaten his client and did not make investigation case of the reasons of the conflict. Because of this disappointed decision of manager children were starving the whole next day, because father was not able to take care about his children.

Cleanliness not good at all. Shower never been properly clean (by hand) tiles in front of the vanity never cleaned. Appartement needs a really detailed cleaning. Only one roll of toilet paper for all your stay. No salt, no pepper, no even little sponge to wash the dishes

Very little plug sockets. No plug sockets in twin room.
One plug socket in large room but at end of the room far away.
No toaster or microwave.
Bedsheets had hair on them.
Toilet did not have a exhaust fan.
Check-in process was confusing. Had to message them to say I was outside the locked building with my luggage until someone came to let me in.

TV was connected with Ethernet but no internet access. TV WiFi was disconnected so couldn’t watch anything until connected it to WiFi. Then it worked.
But casting was painfully slow.

Had to beg for toilet paper as there wasn’t any in the flat.
No dish washing liquid or body wash either.

Entire building shared the same WiFi which isn’t secure.

The decor is a bit dated, there is no balcony or communal area in the hotel and the view is of the back of a big old building across the road.

The place had a strong smoke smell, the owner offered a change of appartment, but they are all the same, the firneture is old, carpets were dirty...the area is full of prostitutes at night when you come back at the end of the day with family, it is very uncomfortable and you feel that you are staying in a low class area.

Nothing was bad at all! The only improvement I might suggest would be a toaster for dedicated self-caterers (we toasted on the pan so it wasn't even an issue). If you're planning to do a lot on the internet it's not the fastest (so not for serious gamers or if you're needing a reliable high-quality video chat connection) but was perfectly fine for YouTube and so on. But this is just for information for certain travelers as we would thoroughly recommend staying here and hope to stay again one day!
