Спасибо каждому сотруднику за внимание, профессионализм, за доброжелательность, чуткость, внимательность к посетителям. Все очень замечательно: и питание, и лечебные процедуры. Я влюбился в персонал «Гранд Резорт Джермук», отдыхали здесь впервые и с большим удовольствием приедем еще раз! Все администраторы – класс! (Сатеник, Сусанна, Лусине, Кнарик Б. и ещё Кнарик А., Андраник, Нарине) Они такие милые, отзывчивые и внимательные. An outstanding customer service. The hotel staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.
Pros:

The property was gorgeous. The rooms were spacious with a spectacular view.
We really enjoyed all the procedures and treatments included in the price: mineral bath, aromatherapy, halotherapy, just to name a few.The food was great. They offer a wide selection of delicious dishes: vegetarian and non-vegetarian.

Спасибо большое. Коллективу отеля, очень прекрасное обслуживание на рецепшен,Спасибо коллективу спа,очень профессиональный и дружелюбный коллектив .
Расположение прекрасное .чисто,в номере все есть,мини бар,утюг,чайник.
В спа сауна,бассейн,.большое джакуз ,все процедуры что нужны для спокойного отдыха и релакса.
Номер был большой, брали без балкона,но большое окно и прекрасный вид

Cons:

Понравилось все,немного подкорректировать работу в ресторане.но все просьбы были услышаны.

Превосходно!!!Отдых на высшем уровне. Персонал выше всех похвал!Расположение -супер!!! Питание 10 баллов! Вода и воздух - необыкновенные!!!Будем приезжать только сюда за водичкой и релаксом!!!

Pros:

Санаторий отлично расположен в самом сердце курорта, рядом бювет и места для прогулок. Персонал доброжелательный, везде чисто, питание вполне разнообразное. Накормить деток не было никаких проблем, приготовлено все по-домашнему

Cons:

For the price, the rooms did not meet expectations. No pad of paper, no pens, no napkins for the tea and coffee, Room cleaning did not even replace the used cups and replenish supplies, poor qualify soap for the bathroom, very heavy entry door for the room and bathroom. Spa hours were not convenient, would prefer earlier in the mornings or later in the evenings. It spoils from going out and enjoying your day.

Pros:

Понравилось всё! Джермук просто великолепен, природа кайф! Мы приехали сюда на пару дней после бурной недели в Ереване. Это было лучшее решение! Отдохнули на все 100%, расслабились, погуляли, поспали. Процедуры очень приятные входят в стоимость, несколько шикарных бассейнов, огромная теплая джакузи. Еда отличная, персонал супер! Рекомендую от души!

Excellent place to have a rest, but need to be mote polite with the customers

Meals were excellent, overall the staff was good, food was tasty and the rooms were super clean, thank you.

Cons:

The staff of haloterapia were rude with us concerning children and they mentioned they will have to clean the whole floor because of the salt, even not paying attention that we were going to pay attention to this and not to spoil their cleannes .
