A fantastic spacious room with great views on the mountains. Friendly staff and a real resort feeling. Nice to walk in the parc. We also liked the variaty of food at diner and breakfast. Sauna and swimming pool were basic but enjoyable and clean. The surroundings of Jermuk are worth at least a 3 days visit. The waterfall was impressive.
The price is high. The sauna and pool was not a quiet place because of families playing there. The staff did really not know how to walk to the waterfall, we asked locals on the street.

The hotel has beautiful facilities, a great location, and one of its biggest strengths is its staff. There are plenty of employees throughout the hotel, and every member of the team we interacted with was exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help. Their excellent service deserves recognition.
One issue was the pillows. They were far too soft and provided almost no support. We woke up every morning with neck pain, which made it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. But the worst issue was the food that completely ruined what could have been an excellent experience. The quality of the meals was unacceptable. Every day the food seemed to get worse instead of better. There was very little variety in the main courses, and it often felt as though no care or attention had gone into their preparation. For a hotel of this standard, the food was extremely disappointing. The saddest part is that Armenia has one of the most amazing cuisines in the world. During our trip we tasted outstanding local food elsewhere, so we know how incredible Armenian cooking can be. It is a real shame that this hotel serves food that does not represent the country’s culinary heritage. Instead of showcasing the rich flavors Armenia is famous for, it gives guests the exact opposite impression and does a disservice to the country’s reputation. I truly hope the management takes this seriously. Improving the restaurant and offering guests a choice of pillow firmness would make a significant difference, because everything else about the hotel has the potential to be excellent.ding local food elsewhere, so we know how incredible Armenian cooking can be. Das wir nur eine Nacht gebucht haben und nicht wussten das man mindestens 3 Tage bleiben muss damit es sich lohnt, wir haben es nicht geschafft die Gesundheitskurse mitzunehmen
The environment
The location was amazing, rooms are slightly bigger than expected, it has pretty much everything you need inside
It doesn’t give you the option of booking just breakfast, you’re forced to book full board. While breakfast is great, the rest is edible but you can definitely find tastier options outside.
One major issue we had was that there were no mosquito nets on the windows. It’s impossible not to open the windows as you need to air the room and at night it’s much more pleasant to sleep with the window open. However, due to the absence of the nets mosquitos get inside and there’s no way to get rid of them.
Also, an extra set of towels wouldn’t hurt because of all the water activities that are available.

Essendo arrivati nel tardo pomeriggio non ci è stato possibile usufruirne.
Путешествовали по Армении на машине, в гостиницах останавливались только на ночёвки. В Джермук тоже приехали только к 7 вечера. Приятно удивило то, что санаторий даёт возможность пообедать на следующий день уже после выселения, так как мы пропустили обед в день заезда. Завтрак, обед, ужин - очень разнообразные, все вкусно, много национальных блюд. Номера большие, комфортные.
Спа с бассейнами открыты до 23:00. Поэтому мы с детьми успели накупаться и перед сном, и до выезда. При желании и лечебными процедурами могли бы воспользоваться.
Прямо у санатория галерея с минеральной водой.
Близко находится канатная дорога (летом к смотровой площадке, зимой вроде там горнолыжная трасса). Но туда не попали, т.к. ночью была сильная гроза, перебило кабель, канатка не работала).
Также прокатились до Джермукского водопада. Небольшой, но очень живописный.

В отеле останавливаюсь третий раз! Это мой любимый отель! Прекрасный персонал на ресепшен, в ресторане и в спа. Все на самом высоком уровне! У меня был большой номер на 4-м этаже. Когда немного похолодало дали отопление. Это тоже важный момент по отношению к клиентам. Мне нравится все: номера, удобная кровать, каждый день смена полотенец. В ресторане разнообразная еда на любой вкус. Но самое главное это люди которые делают ваш отдых прекрасным и незабываемым!!!!!Если вернусь в Джермук то обязательно в Grand Resort Jermuk Sanatorium!!!!
Наш отдых в этом санатории был великолепен! Прекрасный комфортный отель, замечательное питание, классные процедуры, доброжелательный, отзывчивый персонал!.. отдельно хочу выразить благодарность специалисту по массажу Каринэ - у нее просто золотые руки. Она буквально спасла меня от головной боли (настигла таки меня горная болезнь в первые дни в Джермуке). Супер-профи-массажист! Рекомендую от души. В общем - хотите отдохнуть, релакснуть, оздоровиться - езжайте в Джермук в этот отель!.. Мы всем советуем и возможно приедем еще раз!
