Séjour reposant et agreable
Pros:

La piscine et le jacuzzi, la propreté de la chambre et de l’hôtel. La qualité de la literie. Le parking gratuit.

Cons:

Le restaurant n’est pas excellent. Il n’y a pas de hammam dans le spa

Excellent Spa Facilities & Friendly Service
Pros:

We stayed at Grand Resort Jermuk for 3 nights and had a very pleasant experience.
The room was clean, spacious and comfortable with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast, lunch and supper were delicious with a good variety of options. We especially enjoyed the spa and wellness facilities - they were perfect for relaxation and recovery.
The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay and the peaceful location surrounded by nature made the experience even better. Overall, it was a great place to relax and enjoy a wellness getaway in Jermuk.

Cons:

The only issue we experienced was with the pillows. They were quite soft and did not provide enough support, which made sleeping less comfortable and caused some neck discomfort in the mornings. It would be great to have an option for firmer pillows.

Замечательный уютный отель! Главное достоинство - большой джакузи и бассейн с хамамом, расположение в курортном центре города. Порадовало отсутствие громкой вечерней анимации. Вкусное и достаточно разнообразное питание с отдельной зоной для детей. Персонал очень внимательный и заботливый, спасибо за всю помощь при нашем проживании♥️ я считаю, это один из лучших вариантов размещения с детьми в Армении, если дети любят плавать.

Cons:

Есть небольшой ажиотаж и очереди на процедурах. В номере зона туалета совмещена с душем и дверь в туалет невозможно закрыть. У отеля маленькая территория и нет детской площадки на улице, но эти недостатки не испортили нам отдых.

Grear Jermuk Experience
Pros:

A fantastic spacious room with great views on the mountains. Friendly staff and a real resort feeling. Nice to walk in the parc. We also liked the variaty of food at diner and breakfast. Sauna and swimming pool were basic but enjoyable and clean. The surroundings of Jermuk are worth at least a 3 days visit. The waterfall was impressive.

Cons:

The price is high. The sauna and pool was not a quiet place because of families playing there. The staff did really not know how to walk to the waterfall, we asked locals on the street.

Excellent staff and facilities, but the food was a major disappointment.
Pros:

The hotel has beautiful facilities, a great location, and one of its biggest strengths is its staff. There are plenty of employees throughout the hotel, and every member of the team we interacted with was exceptionally kind, professional, and always willing to help. Their excellent service deserves recognition.

Cons:

One issue was the pillows. They were far too soft and provided almost no support. We woke up every morning with neck pain, which made it difficult to get a comfortable night’s sleep. But the worst issue was the food that completely ruined what could have been an excellent experience. The quality of the meals was unacceptable. Every day the food seemed to get worse instead of better. There was very little variety in the main courses, and it often felt as though no care or attention had gone into their preparation. For a hotel of this standard, the food was extremely disappointing. The saddest part is that Armenia has one of the most amazing cuisines in the world. During our trip we tasted outstanding local food elsewhere, so we know how incredible Armenian cooking can be. It is a real shame that this hotel serves food that does not represent the country’s culinary heritage. Instead of showcasing the rich flavors Armenia is famous for, it gives guests the exact opposite impression and does a disservice to the country’s reputation. I truly hope the management takes this seriously. Improving the restaurant and offering guests a choice of pillow firmness would make a significant difference, because everything else about the hotel has the potential to be excellent.ding local food elsewhere, so we know how incredible Armenian cooking can be. It is a real shame that this hotel serves food that does not represent the country’s culinary heritage. Instead of showcasing the rich flavors Armenia is famous for, it gives guests the exact opposite impression and does a disservice to the country’s reputation.

Es war ein wunderschöner Ort
Pros:

Die Luft war sehr gut, das hilfsbereite Personal hat uns gefreut, das auf Wunsch zubereitet Essen fanden wir super

Cons:

Das wir nur eine Nacht gebucht haben und nicht wussten das man mindestens 3 Tage bleiben muss damit es sich lohnt, wir haben es nicht geschafft die Gesundheitskurse mitzunehmen

Fantastic stay if not for the absence of mosquito nets
Pros:

The location was amazing, rooms are slightly bigger than expected, it has pretty much everything you need inside

Cons:

It doesn’t give you the option of booking just breakfast, you’re forced to book full board. While breakfast is great, the rest is edible but you can definitely find tastier options outside.

One major issue we had was that there were no mosquito nets on the windows. It’s impossible not to open the windows as you need to air the room and at night it’s much more pleasant to sleep with the window open. However, due to the absence of the nets mosquitos get inside and there’s no way to get rid of them.

Also, an extra set of towels wouldn’t hurt because of all the water activities that are available.
