Отличный отель санаторий!
Pros:

Были с компанией, всем хватило места на парковке.
Завтрак очень вкусный и разнообразный. Персонал очень дружелюбный. Номера просторные и чистые.
Расположение отличное, в центре города. Сам отель позиционируется как санаторий, и предоставляет множество медицинских услуг. Бассейн большой и сауны- входят в стоимость проживания.
Отличный отель! Соотношение цена-качество превосходное!

В самом хорошем месте в курорте Джермук, хорошая вкусная еда, персонал всегда рад помоч и много полезных процедур включено в стоимость за чего можно опять сюда вернуться )))

Прекрасное место с очень приветливым персоналом, чистейшими номерами и невероятной природой вокруг.

Cons:

Тонкие стены. С одной стороны у нас жила семья с малышами, их было сильно слышно.

A good hotel with a very helpfull staff. The room was very clean and the bed super confortable. The reception's staff and also all the staff at medical center are perfect. The medical center is a very good experience included in the room price. Also food is good with a big choice of vegetarian option.

Chambre spacieuse et calme, literie confortable, repas en buffet varié et excellent. La piscine, le sauna et le jacuzzi ont été appréciés pour la propreté, le calme. L'environnement est très reposant. Professionnalisme du personnel. Très contents de notre séjour

Wonderful time
Pros:

We were visiting from Houston Texas! Stayed at the Presidential Suite. Felt like an apartment. Had a separate master bedroom separated from the large living room which accommodated our teenagers. Two balconies. Huge bathroom with two showers and a bathtub, bidet also. The room included massages and treatments. Massage was unbelievably good. Also included meals. Nice staff. Best value we've come across. Will return for a longer stay.

Overall, it was relaxing. We enjoyed our stay. The staff is very helpful.
Pros:

I liked the spa. The staff are great - Tatevik, at the reception is of great help. The ladies providing the services and treatment are fantastic. They are very caring.

Cons:

Sometimes the water in the spa was cut, and there were ques in the morning hours.

Это было превосходство! Мы семьей из трех человек окунулись в заботливые и приветливые руки персонала с первой минуты! Можно многое перечислять, но было настолько комфортно, чисто, вкусно, что просто восторг! Весь персонал настроен на помощь в любом вопросе, да и просто вам всегда улыбаются- это и все сотрудники лечебницы( все все все!!!!) и ресторана и ресепшен! Большое спасибо всем всем! Спасибо Шушан и Татев! Спасибо поварам! Спасибо Сатеник( ох если не правильно запомнила) - лучший сотрудник ресепшен за последние время путешествий! Пусть остаётся все на таком же уровне! Нам уже хочется вернуться, да на подольше

Ну вот совсем малость…😔Во многих санаториях, отелях ограничивают время пребывания с детьми в бассейне в вечернее время. Бассейн работает до 23 часов- и это огромный плюс. Это настраивает на спокойное плавание, сауну перед сном. Релакс! Но здесь он «ходил ходуном», мокрые полы, крики. Но думаю, это специфика - дети поздно видимо ложатся спать
И кстати! Сотрудница в вечернее время самая самая внимательная и дружелюбная - тоже😊( извините, что имена не все запоминаю
