Guzel aile oteli ama pek yenilenmemis, merdiven ve balkonlardaki tahtalar asınmıs, yer yer kırılmıs, otelin yesillikler icinde olması cok hos ama orumcek, sinek, bocek, karıncalara da alısmak gerekir. Sadece eksileri soylemek olmaz artılardan da bahsetmek gerekir; otel sahibi Lieve hanım ve Mehmet bey her konuda cok yardımcı oldular ayrıca diger calısanlar da yardımsever calıskan ve guleryuzluyduler. Otelin hemen onunde deniz, cevresinde yurume mesafesinde gezilecek bircok yer ve tarihi harabelerin cok yakınında olusu en buyuk avantaj. Cok fazla bekletisi olmadan tatil yapmak isteyenlere tavsiye ederim.

Kahvaltı çok zayıf temizlik idare eder hizmet ve ilgi güzel arabayı otelin önüne park ettiksen sonra çıkarsanız antik kent kuralları gereği arabayı içeri alamıyorsunuz bu da uzun Bi yürüyüş gerektiriyor ama en iyi yanı otel denize gerçekten sıfır bu yüzden tercih ettim

İşletme sahibi ve çalışanları sıcak kanlı. Yardım taleplerimizi koşa süre içerisinde güler yüz ile karşıladılar. Kahvaltı güzeldi. Tavsiye ederim

Bina inanılmaz eski, odalarda değişik bir koku var. Klimalar da çok eski olduğu için su akıttı ve yataklardan biri su içinde kaldı o yatağı kullanamadık. Sineklik yok geceleri sineklerle ilgili sıkıntı yaşadık. Kahvaltı fena değildi.

Neptune's location is perfect and it is a great choice if you prefer a laid back, friendly, family-run hotel over a corporate-run resort. The property's beachside has a lovely, large, shaded, patio perfectly situated for leisurely meals, drinks, or relaxing on the boardwalk which is lively with strollers in the evenings, and the hotel's private beach is directly in front; a few steps out the back and you are in the midst of the Roman ruins half way between the ancient fountain and the ancient amphitheater. Additionally, its a beautiful and short stroll up the boardwalk to the picturesque shopping and restaurant area. The hotel's restaurant, situated in the patio had excellent food and service. The rooms face the sea and have a lovely balcony. The rooms are not fancy, but they are comfortable and clean, with a good shower.

Room allocated was dismal, smelled foisty, and was in need of new soft furnishings throughout.
Curtains and bedding had all seen better days, and the room was by far the worst we had stayed in during our time in Turkey.
On a positive note the hotels location was very good, and the staff were welcoming and helpful.
A lot better and cheaper options in Side.

Hotels actually in the restricted vehicle area of Side so you have to drive up to the gate and tell a guy you're going to the Neptune Hotel so that he'll lift the gate. Hotel itself is a little beat up but the staff are really helpful the location is spectacularly good

Litet och mysigt. Basic inredning men rent och luktade fräscht. Mysig miljö med havsutsikt både från balkongen och från restaurangen. God och varierande frukost. Enda jag saknade var något mer yoghurt alternativ eller en annan naturell yoghurt och lite nötter och granola. I övrigt mycket bra. Rekommenderas varmt.

The staff were very lovely and accommodating, helping me by calling a taxi everyday and permitted me to change rooms as I wasn’t happy with the first room. The property doesn’t have a lift, The area was beautiful including the view from the restaurant and the old town is a short walking distance. However the rooms were very basic and lacking a cozy feeling and the morning breakfasts were lacking choice. Over all it was ok but couldn’t rate the staff more highly.

Deniz kenarinda sirin bir otel. Guleryuzlu ilgili personel, her konuda yardimci oluyorlar.

Fabulous location within easy walking distance to most things. Absolutely brilliant breakfast, so much choice. Great parking - if you can find the place!!! A few wrong turns going down pedestrian only paths - do NOT follow google maps but turn right after Can Garden Hotel - very hard to see the sign as only allowed a small discreet one!!! Typically Turkish bedding, just a bottom sheet and a thin cotton quilt - no top sheet but seemed clean. Very friendly, and bar area great. Would definitely go back. Seems odd that I don't seem to be able to add photos, especially of where to turn if going by car!!!

Friendly Hotel, Excellent for the Beach - only 5 mins and directly in front, Good Bar and Excellent Food throughout the day - Very Friendly Staff.

Otelin konumu iyi, antik kentin, side çarşısının bitişiği ve deniz kenarı. otelde market ve restaurant bulunması avantajdı. oteldeki odalar küçük, eşyalar eski. odada rutubet vardı. otelin önünde plaj var, ancak deniz yosunlu ve kayalık. Çalışanlar ilgili, sorunları kısa sürede çözmeye çalışıyorlar. (Saç kurutma makinesi bozuldu, kısa sürede yenisiyle değiştirdiler) Kahvaltı standart ve yeterli.

Excellent value, lovely old house, just on the edge of historic Side

Yes it is right in the heart of everything you want to see. But so is every other hotel. I personally would never stay here again for just about every reason you might have for not. Yeah, it's cheap. But some cheap isn't worth it. Book someplace else

シデのビーチフロントにある、居心地の良い老舗リゾート。
今回個人的な事情で、オーナーのイルディリムさんに大変お世話になりました。
また来年も滞在したいと考えてるリゾートです。
