Cons:

Didn't like the fact that when we arrived there was no one there . To let us in we waited nearly 3 hours we had to get a different hotel

Close to amenities, friendly and quiet.
Pros:

The host -Dave -was very friendly and approachable.
The mattress was comfortable
The bathroom was spacious.
Asked for low floor and this request was granted.
Quiet throughout the night.

Cons:

Overall appearance of the outside area and check in area. Could easily be made to look more welcoming with a little tidy up.
Bathroom wasn't very clean on arrival.
No TV remote and no aerial connected to TV.

Overall location was close to the beach front, easy to access and the bed was comfortable.

Cons:

The room was covered with damp, the room that was given wasn’t the one that was booked, the tv in the room couldn’t be used due to incorrect remote, was wall mounted and hanging off. The shower had mould on the silicone and the temperature gauge was broken only cold water was available.

Absolutely brilliant hotel

Cons:

The parrot bedding and sticky floors.. oh the shower cubicle is nice a small reminded me of a soaped up test tube baby… top tip shower gel up first before entering. As once in there it’s pretty snug fit.
