Not a good experience
Pros:

Constant stomping and jumping from the room above us. We call the front desk and complained multiple times and nothing was done to make it stop. This went on into the early morning hours.
My husband and I stayed here for our anniversary and was so disappointed. Since we couldn't get any sleep, we checked our hours before check out and found another hotel to stay at.
When we complained about our night to the desk attendant while we were checking out... all we were told was "OH I am sorry to hear that". That was all that was said to us.
We had high hopes for the Hyatt and we were severely let down. We had to pay for a room at a different hotel just to get a few hours sleep so we could drive home safely. So disappointed.

Excellent Stay

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Large, clean room with extra space to spread out with suitcases. Comfortable beds too. The shower had good water pressure. Fairly quiet location. Could walk to outlet mall with shops and restaurants.
