Won’t be staying here again!
Pros:

Breakfast was good and hotel is in great location.

Cons:

The beds are super uncomfortable and squeak every time you make the slightest move.. The walls are so thin you can hear the people in the room next to you. The air conditioner in are room didn’t work and it kept getting hot at night.

Great Stay at a Great Location
Pros:

We travel across the Salt Lake Valley and stay multiple weekends a month for our kids sports. This is my first review but, I wanted to leave one because the staff at this Hyatt Place was above and beyond more kind and attentive than any other we have worked with. They really were so genuinely considerate and friendly. I was really impressed. The convenience of this hotel is notable too. We could walk to the outlets and to several restaurants. It is really, really easy to get to off of I-15. We will definitely stay at this Hyatt again. Thanks!

Great place to stay. Very family oriented. Has everything you need.
Pros:

Staff is amazing, breakfast was very good. Maid service was excellent. One of the maintenance workers went out of his way to fix my granddaughters pool raft. I want to say his name is Ruben but I am not positive. I give our stay a 10 out of 10. We will be back next year for our school shopping trip. Thank you for making our trip perfect!!!
