Pros:

Great location, at the center of town, walking distance from cafes, restaurants, train station, Smith college
Nice, spacious room. We asked for a quiet room and got one.
Great cafe on site.
We arrived an hour before check in and the room was ready
Nice lobby where we could wait until the train left

Cons:

I'd have preferred the mattresses to be a little less soft
Coffee in the lobby was not great

A great hotel in the heart of Northampton, excellent if traveling with young kids.
Pros:

We were travelling with our 10 month old and the hotel provided and pre-assembled a pack and play. The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean. Loved the complimentary bath robes and bottled water. Staff was friendly and helpful, check-in and check-out were a breeze.
