I had a very bad experience here.

I made a mistake while booking and accidentally reserved a bed in a female dorm. I also arrived late at night. Instead of trying to help me find a reasonable solution, they told me I had to pay an extra 500 NOK. No cancellation was accepted, and at that time of night my choices were basically to pay or leave and end up on the street with nowhere to go.

What bothered me most was the way the situation was handled. I have made similar booking mistakes while travelling around the world, and normally staff try to help or at least offer another room at a reasonable rate. Here, there was no flexibility, no discount for another dorm, and I was charged the full amount shown on the screen.

I paid calmly because I had very little choice at that hour, but I will never forget how I was treated.

In all my travels, I have rarely experienced something that felt so rude, exploitative and focused only on money.

I will not stay here again.

Recomiendo que en los baños tanto de las habitaciones como los baños compartidos tengan un espacio-repisa para disponer las cosas de aseo y ropa

Faltaba mucha limpieza en zonas comunes como pasillos y cocina.

Syns det er rart at man legger damer og menn på samme rom når det kommer til og må dele rom slikt. Det syns jeg faktisk ikke er greit både respekt for damer og at det blir blandet rom. Jeg blir ikke og ligge på det hotellet igjen og derfor sjekket jeg ut et døgn før

1. Chaos at reception, many old people waiting to get a room, perhaps due to cancellation
2. Bookings cancelled for other guests without prior notice
3. Not value for money

I had to pay to check in a few minutes early which was ok however it was only around €4 and i just feel like it was unnecessary for the <30minute time. A bad start for guests when room is ready anyway . Then i went to my room and i was quite let down by the dustiness of the room and lack of typical hostel facilities. There were 2 plugs in the room for 6 beds, none were at the top bunks obviously which meant you had to charge phone on the floor during the night for example and i was top bunk, solo female traveller which felt a little unsafe. I pulled the curtains across and i saw a really dusty odd sock on the window ledge. The room was rally cramped and beds really rickety, no privacy measures for the guests like curtains. The bathroom was ok and clean but there was another bathroom in the corridor and the handle fell off on me at one point.

キッチンが少し汚かったが、ラウンジで食べた。
ランドリーが少し古そうだったので使用はしなかった。
利用者次第だがトイレが流れてないことがたまにあった。
部屋のシャワールームが３つある中の１つだけ、水はけが少し悪かった。翌日から別のシャワーを利用するようにした。
マットレス、掛け布団、枕のシーツが全部同じ大きさで使い方に少し困った。
受付時、ルームカードの在庫がないため、アプリをダウンロードして電子キーを使用し、少し手間取った。
