luxe kamer met balkon, kamer had uitzicht op Matterhorn, erg fijn dat er vervoer van het station naar het hotel met de elektrische wagen mogelijk was, beleefd personeel, direct naast de kabelbaan
douchen in de badkuip, had liever inloop douche gehad.
Ontbijtbuffet was soms al half leeg als ik laat kwam ontbijten.
pas na enkele dagen er achter gekomen dat warme gerechten bij ontbijt mogelijk waren (op verzoek). Dat stond nergens vermeld. Gemiste kans.
Behoorlijke hoge prijs voor deze kwaliteit hotel. Mijn duurste in 15 jaar. Wel een fijn verblijf gehad.
Wunderschöne Zimmer, perfektes Frühstück, toller Wellnessbereich, unglaublich freundlicher und zuvorkommender Familienbetrieb. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder vorbei!

-Ab dem Bahnhof inkl. (Hoteltaxi) waren alle sehr freundlich, man fühlte sich richtig willkommen als Gast.

La chambre, le spa magnifique,la vue depuis la terrasse et la gentillesse du personnel.
La chaleur dans la chambre et l'absence de bouilloire pour se faire un thé ou un café.

Die Uhrzeit für das Abendessen würde mir eine Stunde früher, 18 Uhr besser gefallen
Dies hat nichts mit der Hotelführung zu tun, sondern mit Booking com! Wir hatten 4 Nächte gebucht und Hotelcom schrieb keine Information, nichts in der Beschreibung, dass am Sonntag das Restaurant geschlossen ist. Somit entfiel ein Nachtessen.
朝食のレストランやばテラスから見えるマッターホルンが絶景だった。スタッフがフレンドリーで丁寧な対応。施設は清潔で温水プール・ジャグジーと3種類のサウナは素晴らしかった！
Great stay at the Berghof. Really lovely location a little way out of the main village but that suited us (only a 10 minute walk). The shuttle service from the station is fantastic. Lovely staff, gorgeous food, and the most INCREDIBLE views of the Matterhorn from our balcony. Good price point for Zermatt too. Would recommend.
Worth mentioning that the path up to the hotel is steep, so maybe not ideal for anyone with mobility issues (although the hotel may have a solution for this). The bathroom was a little dated but that is really being picky. The only thing I would say is that the terrace blankets were a bit dirty.
