Beautiful hotel and staff. Could not be nicer or more helpful.

The view and staff could not have been better. Everyone so kind and helpful and the view beautiful .

Cons:

I would like a coffee maker in the room as to have coffee first thing while getting up for the day. Also a small fridge would be a nice addition.

An overall superb vacation!
Pros:

A great location, amazing people and wonderful food and service. Loved the hotel shuttle from and to the train station. A great and cozy lobby with board games and comfortable seating for a pre-dinner game, and/or a drink.

The most beautiful hotel I have ever stayed at in the most magical location
Pros:

The hotel was absolutely stunning, in a great location, and beautifully decorated inside and out.
It had everything we needed and was cosy and clean. The staff were wonderful and very friendly and helpful. We would definitely come again. Honestly one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed in.
