Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in der Nähe der Fußgängerzone und Kurgarten. Habe mir ein Upgrate für 9 Euro zu meinem Einzelzimmer dazugebucht und hatte dadurch ein schönes und größeres Zimmer im Haupthaus bekommen. Frühstück war sehr gut mit sehr gutem Kaffee und für jeden was dabei. Parkplatz war hinter dem Haus und kostenlos. Würde das Hotel jederzeit weiterempfehlen und wieder buchen.

Cons:

Leider hat das Hotel bei ihren Smart-TV's das WLAN gesperrt. Somit ist Netflix, Prime usw. nicht möglich und leider auch kein anschauen über Bluetooth übers Handy möglich. Gott sei Dank hatte ich meinen Laptop dabei. Das könnte man sicher besser lösen, nicht alle wollen nur die herkömmlichen Sender anschauen.

Sehr schönes Hotel, hab ein Einzelzimmer gebucht. Habe aber trotzdem ein Doppelzimmer bekommen, sehr geräumig. Hab mich richtig wohl gefühlt.

Cons:

Das Personal strahlt eine derartige Distanz und Kühle aus, dass man sich als Gast wie eine Nummer als wirklich willkommen vorkommt.

Tolles Hotel mit Charme und Bergblick
Pros:

Das Hotel (ich habe Haus Sonnenbichl und Haus Erika gesehen) ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, hat einen besonderen Charme und alles ist sehr sauber. Das Personal ist freundlich und dabei nicht aufdringlich. Abläufe sind unkompliziert. Der Wellnessbereich klein, aber sehr fein. Alles was ich brauche. Hervorzuheben ist das Frühstück, das fand ich ausgesprochen gut, mit Liebe zu Details, ganz intuitiv. Die Einrichtung, z.B im Frühstücksraum und im Wellnessbereich, ist auch sehr ansprechend.

Cons:

Mir hat wirklich alles gefallen, folgende Punkte sind "Meckern auf hohem Niveau":
1. Ich bin spät angereist und habe alle Infos an der Rezeption bekommen (super!), dann habe ich allerdings erfahren, dass ich im Haus Erika übernachte und deshalb woanders parken soll. Diese Info hätte ich gerne vorab bekommen, per Mail vielleicht
2. Vielleicht habe ich sie auch übersehen, eine Uhr (oder mehrere Uhren) im Wellnessbereich wäre sehr angenehm.

Hat die Erwartung nicht erfüllt.
Pros:

Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war sehr enttäuschend.
Vorallem die Größe des Bett und der Dusche.
Während der Nacht, hat sich irgendwo in der Nähe meines Zimmers, mehrmals ein Kompressor eingeschaltet... entspannt schlafen = Fehlanzeige.
