Dit viel erg tegen...
Pros:

Personeel was erg behulpzaam en hoffelijk.
Ontbijt was erg uitgebreid en goed.

Cons:

De liften in toren B werkten de helft van de tijd niet, dus moesten we de trap nemen naar de 10e verdieping.
Maar eenmaal op je kamer was het er minstens 25 en soms wel 28 graden Celsius.
De airconditioning werkte niet omdat het winter was, was de verklaring van het personeel.
Maar het was te warm om in de kamer te blijven...
's Nachts hebben wij slecht geslapen vanwege de hoge temperatuur, wat de reis erg vervelend maakte.

Toen was er een lekkage direct buiten onze deur en was het hele tapijt doorweekt.
Zelfs onze sokken in onze schoenen waren nat toen we de kamer verlieten.

En toen mijn vriendin haar eigen föhn wilde gebruiken, kwamen er meteen vonken uit het stopcontact zodra ze de stekker er instak, waardoor haar föhn kapot ging.

Deze was nog maar een paar maanden oud en kostte 116,90 US dollar. (we hebben de rekening nog steeds)

Uiteindelijk hebben we dus niet van ons verblijf genoten en moesten we er ook nog een nieuwe föhn bij kopen!

Daarom zouden we het redelijk vinden om een ​​terugbetaling te ontvangen die in ieder geval de kosten van een nieuwe föhn dekt...

お、値段以上の素敵なホテル
Pros:

10泊しました。結果、この価格帯にしては最高のホテルでした。中でも良かったと思う点は、以下の通りです。
・スタッフの教育が行き届いている（官僚的だったり、面倒そうな人が誰1人としておらず、私はこの点に一番感銘を受けました）
・朝食が豪華（といっても超高級ホテルレベルではありませんが、十分なメニューがありどれも美味しいです）
・部屋が広い
・部屋に洗濯機と電子レンジがある
・メトロM4の駅が近い（駅からはSAW空港とKadikoyは直通で行け、Sirkeciなどヨーロッパ側にも、Marmaray-M4を乗り継げば電車でアクセスできます）
・近くにスーパーあり（すぐ横にCarrefour Mini、徒歩3分のところにMM Migrosがあります。どちらもお酒の扱いあります）
・近くにおしゃれなカフェ、軽食店など多数お店あり（ただ、お酒を飲める飲食店は多分ないです）
価格もイスタンブールにしてはお手頃ですし、都心からの距離さえ許容できれば、日本人旅行者／出張者で満足しない人はいないと思います。おすすめです。

Cons:

強いて言うと、以下の通りです
・部屋の空調のコントロールが弱い（季節によるのかもしれませんが、空調の温度設定がほぼ機能していませんでした）
・インターネットが実質的に有料（無料でもアクセスできますが、課金しなければ快適な速度を維持できなかったです）
・部屋の壁がやや薄め（このクラスのホテルにしては珍しく、壁の向こうの生活音が一部聞こえてきました）
ただ、全て「長所」で吸収できる程度のものなので、私はあまり気になりませんでした。

Cons:

Our stay at the hotel was generally acceptable, with the exception of an extremely poor experience with its kitchen. I would not say anything negative about the breakfast, as it was really good. The main issue concerned dinner.
Our rate (half board) included dinner; however, the dinner menu was fixed and always included meat-based dishes. It was not even possible to choose the main course. Although the restaurant staff did their best to find a solution (offering vegetarian pasta or pizza), having pasta or pizza for dinner for more than a week is not worth the money paid.
This was the first time in my life that I experienced a paid half-board dinner with no option to choose a meal. After we complained to the management, our menu was reduced to a starter and a main course (dessert was removed).
The situation became even worse after the last dinner, when my partner experienced a sleepless night, fever, vomiting, and finally had to visit the emergency department of a hospital, where food poisoning was confirmed.
The hotel did not agree to cover any additional expenses, justifying this by the lack of "clear evidence" from the hospital. I am not concerned so much about the costs - they did not even apologise.
If you decide to stay there, I strongly encourage you not to use the restaurant.

A very bad ending to a trip i tried to cancel initially but was refused the chance to.
Pros:

The staff are friendly and helpful.
The property is clean and close to the metro station.

Cons:

When leaving the property my suitcase got caught in the mat directly outside the turning doors. It broke the wheel of my suitcase. I then could not travel on the metro to the station as the wheel was broken and i could see my clothes inside the suitcase through the broken section. I turned back into the hotel and asked them to call a taxi for me to take me to the airport. I also asked if they have tape to help repair my suitcase which they said they have a cover but it costs money. The cover which they gave was not what I was looking for as it didnt help the broken wheel but i paid for it as the taxi was here and the staff member took it into the taxi. The taxi driver the hotel called for me then charged me 5500 lira when it should have been around 3000 lira. Overall a very very bad ending to the trip which made me upset

The closeness of the property to the train station was its best feature.

Cons:

The rooms were smaller than featured, not all the lights and light switches work, and the most inconvenient part was that the temperature of the building is centralized so we were melting the entire time we were there.
