Locatie
Personeel bij het binnenzwembad was afschuwelijk arrogant. Kwam regelmatig met nieuwe regels zoals het ze zelf goed uit kwam daarnaast staat bij de informatie die je krijgt dat het binnenzwembad open is tot 23:00u maar 22:30u sturen ze je al weg, omdat ze zelf ruim op tijd naar huis willen. Als je ze daarop aanspreekt worden ze daar niet koud of warm van en geven aan de informatie die je bij inchecken krijgt van de receptie dat ze bij de receptie daar niks over te zeggen hebben. Die heren hebben mijn zoontje zijn vakantie goed verpest met hun intimiderend gedrag. Sterker nog treiter gedrag! Twee keer bij receptie geweest om het een en ander aan te geven heb verder geen terugkoppeling gehad ook heel jammer!
Daarnaast sport mijn kind in NL en ik heb deze hotel geboekt zodat hij verder kan met sporten tijdens zijn verblijf na 3 dagen kwamen ze melden dat hij niet mag sporten en dat het alleen mag onder begeleiding tussen 14 en 16 jaar 🤷🏻♀️
Daarnaast waren enkele dingen rondom het zwembad slecht bijv. glazen op de grond daarnaast kan je er buiten liggen zonnen maar je kan niet terug naar binnen moet dan weer helemaal terug omlopen.
Ik heb deze hotel voornamelijk geboekt om zijn faciliteiten maar laat nou net zo zijn dat we daar geen gebruik van hebben kunnen maken.
Actually I like everything about this hotel. It exceeded my expectations. Good location, just a few steps from the metro station. Very clean, sauna, gym, outdoor and indoor pools so I was happy to stay there and will definitely be back again. Staff is very polite and kind, there were trying to help immediately with any questions.

Die Lage.
Eine Küche ohne Austattung (Teller,Besteck, Topf) ist nicht funktionsfähig.
Das Hotel verfügt leider über keinen Balkon und heizt sich durch das Glas an allen Seiten im Sommer super auf. Also Klimaanlage muss immer eingeschaltet sein.
Im innen Schwimmbad ist leider eine Bademütze vorgeschrieben, was ich nicht sehr familienfreundliche empfinde.
Für Kinder nicht wirklich geeignet.
