hemos llegado y non resultaba la reserva, nos han dicho de esperar porque suouestamente a las 10pm se tenia que desocupar una habitacion..a las 10:30 pm nos han dicho que no hay habitaciones y nos han dejado a la aventura. muy mala experiencia

Generalmente la cena suele ser buffett.... pero esta vez la cena fue pesima(y eso que no esta incluido en el hospedaje es un costo aparte). Ver al personal frente a las gradas matandose de risa tampoco fue muy agradable.... parecio que no tuvieran interes en los huespedes. Reserve 5 habitaciones de la cual 1 el lavamanos desbordaba agua por todos lados necesitan conservar mejor el hotel!!!

Very nice property middle of the deserted area. I was very skeptical after reading all the reviews, but I’m glad I stayed in this hotel. Most of the reviews was done when this hotel was going thru construction period. If you’re from U.S. just book this hotel it will meet your standards.

PROS
* Salt flat is 1 mile away
* All the hotel amenities are available
* If you’re into pictures lots of cool spots to take pictures
inside the hotel.
* Dinner was amazing specially quinoa soup.

CONS
* Due to hotel made of salt a distinguish odor smell when
you walk into room and hallways but it goes away after min
or two.

* Summer time room can be very hot in the daytime may
need to have a fan which was given to us without asking
even tho we stayed in this hotel beginning of the summer.

* Bathroom flash wasn’t working properly after using the toilet we had a wait long period of time to flash it again. ( Just remember you’re in a deserted area )

* When anyone takes shower water comes out of the glass door and makes the full bathroom very messy but if you leave a towel in the floor it solve the problem.

Verdict
If I come back to this area again I’d choose this hotel any day. Book this hotel without any hesitations.

Location, breakfast, and service were excellent. Mattresses were not as good as expected.

I have been driving in Bolivia. Uyuni is rather rough, I thought the hotel would not a place to recover from long driveling. I was pleasantly surprised, great relaxing night.

the hotel itself is the highlight, the hotel and many beautiful decorations are made with salts and salt blocks, do spend some time both in daytime and at night to take some pictures! otherwise, the hotel is near nothing, there’s nothing around. we attempted to walk 30mins towards the salt flats, and it’s a waste of time, there’s nothing close to clear white salt grounds or water pools with mirrow effect near the hotel. from our later tour experience, its like 15-30mins DRIVE distance to get any nice area of the salt flat. So, do not expect to be able to walk over to the salt flats and see anything spectacular. Remember to book dinner in advance or when you check in, as there are nothing around. Nice rooms, warm showers, and nice window with a open view towards the salt flat side.

Au bord du Salar d'Uyuni le désert de sel l'emplacement est idéal. Construit en sel, hôtel vraiment surprenant. Après un jour de ballade magnifique dans le Salar dépaysement garanti.. Grande chambre en sel bien sûr mais équipement minimaliste. On top, chauffage quasi inexistant et totalement inexistant la nuit.

Buffet sehr schlecht. Nichts angeschrieben. Cafe zum Dessert nicht inklusive beim Abendessen. Speisekarte die es geben sollte haben wir nie gesehen. Preise viel zu hoch. Es gibt nicht einmal Brot zur Suppe und oder Salat!
Getränkeautomat wird nicht nachgefüllt.
Reception spricht nicht eine Fremdsprache. Nur Spanisch. Das gilt für das ganze Hotelpersonal.
Das Gebäude so wie das Mobiliar sind teilweise wie noch nicht fertig oder defekt. Keine Liebe zum Detail und die Aussenanlage ist wie auf einer Baustelle. Hässlich und unfertig.
Vieles funktioniert nicht mehr oder war noch nie im Betrieb wie zum Beispiel das Witness Studio, welches seit der Eröffnung des Hotels noch nie geöffnet hat. Auch im Zimmer waren Dinge defekt.
Eine Frechheit sind auch die Warnschilder in den Zimmern mit entsprechenden Geldbussen. Wir sind doch hier nicht in einer Jugendanstalt!
Das Hotel ist das Geld nicht wert. Der Architekt war ein guter Mann nur ist es nun heruntergekommen und das Personal ist schrecklich.

バイキング式の食事だけが美味しくないですが、場所が場所だけに妥協をする部分だとは思います。

晚上看星空是很美的，就是周围有点前不着村后不着店的，比较孤独！

We stayed there for two nights, but no one clean our room for the second night; The food is not good; The staff in the cafeteria does not speak much English; The hotel is under construction, so the air is really really bad; They accept ONLY cash at the check out.

El hotel es bonito, se ve que lo mantienen, pero las habitaciones son DEMASIADO frias y solo prenden el calentador a las 6 de la tarde. Cuando estas basicamente muerto de frio. El desayuno es aburrido y todos los dias es igual. Deberian ofrecer agua caliente e infusiones a los huespedes. otros hoteles lo hacen, este cobra "extras" por todo.

no dinner provided. very very cold rooms ,no heater working in both the rooms.
very expensive rooms. very smelly rooms.
was charged twice for my wine, once from me and once from my son.

Acces drive way in bad condition, room so far from lobby and parking area, very poor shower, no phone in the room, no internet, hard to find hotel staff

Hotel front was nice. Side of hotel is very plain. Very few guests. Hotel was still being built.

Dining room and service was good. They served us goat.

The heat system starts after it is already cold. And it takes a long time for the room to get warm. The shower is not hot, so we couldn't take off our jacket for all day.
We prefer to bringing warm clothes.
