Would not recommend to anyone run away instead

The property was located fairly close to the beach and boardwalk

Cons:

Cleanliness was poor. Conditions of the room was poor. Value was absolutely not worth it. They added even more fees after I got there from driving 15 hours away. So I was forced to pay or sleep in the van with my family.

It smelled like cigarettes in the room, there was an ashtray on the floor outside the room. Dirty clothes hanging on the railings all around the rooms. Very dirty and nothing like the pictures they posted. Extra fee for booking on any site other than theirs.

Hotel needs to be renovated.
Pros:

Location is good, close to the beach. Good pool. Pleasant staff. Stay for 1-2 nights is more-less ok. But price has to be a bit lower.

Cons:

On photos rooms looks nice, but in real not. Need to do renovation. The refrigerator worked but it was leaking and all rusty. The faucet in the sink was leaking, the paint on the walls in the bathroom was all cracked, peeling and falling off. The furniture was all rubbed, it didn't look very antique. The door opening card regularly stopped working, I had to go and renew it 4-5 times a day.

Awful experience, deposit not returned
Cons:

During check-in, I was asked to provide a credit card to pay a security deposit. An amount of USD 45 was charged to my credit card. I repeatedly tried to resolve the refund of the deposit with the hotel (through Booking.com as well as by contacting the hotel directly by phone). The hotel then told me that it was not a "deposit" but a "property fee." I was never informed about any such fee in advance. I booked and paid for my stay in full beforehand, with written information from Booking that the price was final, including all fees and taxes. As I later found out, the hotel has used similar practices repeatedly. The photographs of the property and rooms do not reflect reality, the hotel is very poorly maintained, and the price is completely disproportionate to the quality of the services provided.
