Had a pleasant stay
Pros:

The room was great, spacious and quiet. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The staff was a bit unbothered by any request, but maybe this was a language problem rather than an attitude problem. Anyway, very strict on check-in and check-out time. Asked for a late check-out, and they would have charged me almost the same amount as I paid for the full night...(?!?)

Buena opción en Puerto Ayora
Pros:

Buena ubicación. El personal muy amable. Nos ayudaron guardando una maleta por un par de días. Café gratuito.

Pros:

The owner and the staff are so nice, polite and willing tonhelpmin any request.. They speak English as well , which is helpful. The place is clean, nice atmosphere, good location. Definitely recommend staying there if you travel to Santa Cruz

Perfect for an active vacation
Pros:

A good hotel for a stay on Santa Cruz. For the reasonable price, you get a good hotel. It has everything you need, the breakfast is adequate, and there are dining options nearby.

Cons:

The walls in the room could use a fresh coat of paint

Great place for families
Pros:

We really loved this hostel for families. It was our favorite place we stayed at during our time at Galapagos. Great room size. Breakfast was delicious. Kids loved the pool table and air hocked table. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Staff was very kind. They even found my airpods I left behind and sent them on a ferry to the next island we were at by mail. Wow! Thank you!
