Excellent facility to have a cool time. Work on a stable internet possibility and the rest is history.
Pros:

It’s always clean up and the staff are exceptional.

Cons:

I will like to have Internet 100% of the times but more often, Internet goes and comes back.

Great base in Arusha
Pros:

Green Mountain has officially become my favourite hotel in Arusha. It has everything you could possibly want - beautiful swimming pool, fully equipped gym, delicious restaurant, fantastic service and great WiFi (which is hard to find in Arusha!) It would recommend to anyone looking for either long term or quick stop over. It is close enough to town that you can get a quick bajaji or taxi into town with no worries. 100% recommend.

Excellent stay and outstanding service
Pros:

This is the third time I’ve stayed at the Green Mountain Hotel. The facilities are excellent, the rooms are very comfortable, and everything is always perfectly clean. The pool area is very relaxing and a great place to chill after a long day.
The restaurant is also very good and works 24/7, which is extremely convenient if you arrive late or have an irregular schedule.
But if there’s one thing I must highlight, it’s the service. The staff is genuinely kind and welcoming in every area of the hotel. I especially want to mention Dorice and Haruna - great people who have always been extremely kind and helpful. Thanks to them everything was resolved very smoothly.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Arusha.

Pros:

La gentillesse de l'accueil. Mention spéciale pour Dorice qui fera toujours tout pour trouver une solution à un problème : très efficace. Ceci est vrai de tout le personnel attentionné et bienveillant.

Cons:

Les environs ne sont pas très accueillants, pleine ville. Mais oasis de douceur de vivre à l'intérieur de l'hôtel, sécurisé et fermé.

I would certainly stay at green mountain again if and when they fix the Internet/ wifi problems.
Pros:

Location accessible for centre
Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was always clean. Substantial breakfast included and reasonable prices for other meals.

Cons:

WiFi connection was pitiful. Rarely strong enough to reply to basic emails although plans afoot to drastically improve this. My ground floor room was not fully functional- no tv, kettle etc on first night and no waste bin or additional door lock BUT I asked for ground floor AND was offered transfer to better full functional room plus balcony on 3rd floor. My mobility issues made me decide to stay put on the ground floor in a room I suspect was in the process of renovation and given to me only because of my ground floor request.

Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here.The room was clean, and the linen felt clean and smelt so fresh.
The staff here are also very helpful, and particularly Haruna was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Good views of the Green Mountain, too.
Will definitely be back!

The WiFi was a bit shaky.

Hôtel à déconseiller!!!

pas grand chose ....

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une suite exécutive...la chambre comportait un lit double, un bureau et une chaise...même pas un fauteuil ni une table!!!! La salle de bain était correcte sans plus mais pas d'eau chaude disponible : après une douche plus rien ni le lendemain matin non plus...
Le restaurant était médiocre : nous avons pris un plat de pâtes qui était beaucoup trop cuit. Lors de la facture, on nous avait compté 3 plats pour 2 personnes et 2 verres de vin au prix de la bouteille!!! Il a fallu plus d'une demi heure pour que la réception accepte que nous avions raison et que la facture était erronée.
Aucune réaction à notre plainte concernant l'absence d'eau chaude et bien sûr aucune proposition de compensation... Bref, nous déconseillons totalement cet hôtel!
