The property has a well-equipped gym and an outdoor swimming pool. It is located about a 20-minute walk from the city centre. The food is very good, and the chefs really make an effort. The staff are also extremely friendly and helpful – when we couldn’t get the TV to work, they brought us a new one within just 10 minutes. Excellent customer service.
The room we were given was quite dark, with windows facing the stairwell, which made it feel as though we were staying in a windowless room. Hot water was only available in the evenings, and the water pressure was quite low.

Great place to relax after safari and mountain trekking. The food was amazing and the hotel had all we needed - a supermarket, restaurant, and amazing service.
My husband and I are currently on our honeymoon, wrapping up our stay at Green Mountain Hotel after an unforgettable safari and climbing Mount Meru. After the physical demands of both adventures, this hotel was exactly what we needed!
The food was absolutely delicious, and every member of the staff was warm, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Our room was incredibly comfortable, making it the perfect place to relax and recharge. We actually didn’t leave the hotel during our one-day stay because it was such a peaceful and enjoyable place to recover.
One thing that really impressed us was the laundry service. We had the staff wash some of our clothes and shoes that had become extremely dirty from our safari and trek. They did an amazing job, and the price was very reasonable. Our red sneakers, which had been completely covered in safari dust and looked ruined, came back so clean they looked almost brand new!
Thank you, Green Mountain Hotel, for making this stop of our honeymoon so relaxing and memorable. We highly recommend staying here, especially after a safari or mountain adventure!
