Pros:

I really enjoyed my stay here.The room was clean, and the linen felt clean and smelt so fresh.
The staff here are also very helpful, and particularly Haruna was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Good views of the Green Mountain, too.
Will definitely be back!

Cons:

The WiFi was a bit shaky.

Hôtel à déconseiller!!!

Nous avions réservé une suite exécutive...la chambre comportait un lit double, un bureau et une chaise...même pas un fauteuil ni une table!!!! La salle de bain était correcte sans plus mais pas d'eau chaude disponible : après une douche plus rien ni le lendemain matin non plus...
Le restaurant était médiocre : nous avons pris un plat de pâtes qui était beaucoup trop cuit. Lors de la facture, on nous avait compté 3 plats pour 2 personnes et 2 verres de vin au prix de la bouteille!!! Il a fallu plus d'une demi heure pour que la réception accepte que nous avions raison et que la facture était erronée.
Aucune réaction à notre plainte concernant l'absence d'eau chaude et bien sûr aucune proposition de compensation... Bref, nous déconseillons totalement cet hôtel!

A small hotel that is exceptionally pleasant, and a great valued, with superior service.
Pros:

I stayed at this hotel for almost four weeks while my house was being finished. It was a very pleasant experience. I have stayed at lots of hotels in Tanzania, so I have had a lot of opportunities for comparison. The hotel is a very good value. It has an on site restaurant that serves from morning to evening at all times. The included breakfast is really something special, with a dizzying variety of hot dishes, breads, fruit and salad. There are many choices for lunch and dinner at very reasonable prices. There is a pool with pleasant surroundings, and a high level of security. On the day that I arrived, I found that the shower head was broken. I reported it at the desk and immediately it was repaired. This is a very rare occurrence in Tanzania. The biggest strength of the hotel is their friendly and professional staff. In particular I was greatly impressed by Mr Haruna, who went out of his way every day to make my stay enjoyable, so special thanks to him the extra effort!

Pros:

War bereits zum zweiten Mal hier, gute Lage, schöner Pool und sogar Dampfbad und Gym.
Frühstück war reichhaltig und das Personal sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig wie so oft. Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen.
