no hubo desayuno.

Cons:

Se realizò la reserva de una de las habitaciones de 2 camas se supone se especifica en la pàgina que tambien me acompañaba mi hijo, y al final me cobraron un valor adicional por la persona extra que ya estaba descrita en la reservaciòn.
Se suponìa que la reservaciòn incluìa el desayuno y al siguiente dìa simplemente no, nos dijeron que no.
Por ùltimo no es un hotel, esto era un Hostal deberìan indicar que tipo de alojamiento es.

Noise pollution, the quality of guests staying there and the South American culture. Noise pollution. The building is old and was not properly designed. Noise echoes and there is a lot of noise pollution. The guests are loud and lack mindfulness, often yelling or talking loud at night. The hotel staff talks loud and will wake you up in the morning. The South American culture is very loud and selfish. People do not think of others. A lot of music and talking.

Pros:

Muy cómodo y limpio. La habitación con buen espacio y el personal muy amable. Solo recomiendo llegar en auto después de 6;30 pm porque es bien solo ya que es en el centro, del resto muy recomendado!
