My overall stay goes well.
Pros:

Location of the property is near to metro stations and the discounted/promotional price offered at the time of my booking. The pressure of the water is good.

Cons:

The beddings and towels seem worn out and not so cleaned. Room service is not easily available. Breakfast is only available by 9am which is quite late already. No provision of any available references inside the room such as menu, room services number etc.

Pros:

The rooms are small and when I asked if there could be other rooms bigger than the one I got, the so called team leader arrogantly told me you paid for a standard and it's enough.

Cons:

The wardrobe was dirty,a confined space, no glasses and when I went to reception as I had something to drink was offered teacups.
It's only one housekeeper jaweeth something like that who again went and brought me glasses after explaining the ordeal I went thru as the drinks had soaked the disposable coffee cups and poured my drink.
It was a mess.

لا شيئ ابدا

Cons:

1- قرب الفندق من مدرج إقلاع الطيران والضجيج الذي تسببه عملية الإقلاع.
2- مبنى الفندق يفتقد لأدنى عوازل الصوت بحيث أنك تشعر بأن إقامتك في الفندق كأنك على قارعة الطريق بكل معنى الكلمة، وحركة وصوت إطارات السيارات كأنها تعبر على قدميك.
3- حرارة المياه محددة من قبل نظام الفندق بحيث لا يتيح لك رفع مستوى الحرارة للمياه كما تشاء، وتكون ملزما بالإستحمام بالحرارة التي تم ظبطها مسبقا، علما بأننا وجدناها باردة وتحدثنا للموظف.
4- الغرفة تفوح منها رائحة الصبغ والرطوبة المزعجة، وكان من الاجدى تهوئة الغرفة قبل إشغالها من قبل الإدارة.
5- اما الكارثة الكبرى فهي تكمن بوجود ( نادي ليلي ) للكبار بحيث تبدا الموسيقى العالية بشكل مزعج حتى الثانية صباحا، مع إستحالة النوم قبل هذا الوقت في كل الفندق، وذلك لعدم وجود عوازل صوت للملهى الليلي.
6- اما بالنسبة للنظافة، وامام ما شهدناه بأم عيننا، فإننا إمتنعنا عن الجلوس على الأريكة في صالة غرفتنا، وذلك بسبب الاوساخ والقرف الظاهر على الاريكة او الكنب، مما يشير الى عدم إحترام للنزلاء والإستهزاء بقيمتهم بعد تركهم لهذه القذارات داخل غرفهم، وسأترك لكم الصور لتؤكد صحة كلامنا والله على ما أقول شهيد.
