Best value for money!
Pros:

Warm welcome very good service and large room and bed

Cons:

Maybe more choice at breakfast but it was very tasty.

Cons:

Nobody spoke English. There was only limited amount of warm water in the bathroom. Promised sauna and wellness were closed. Prices in the bar were inadequate.

中国人と思い怖い目で睨みつける
カラオケの店では日本人と言っても
帰れと怒鳴られた

Pros:

DO NOT STAY HERE. We were hoping for a resort-style place to unwind for a day before we travelled to Sapa. We arrived at 6am hoping for an early check-in. We paid NZD90 for a night and were charged USD80 (NZD120) to check in early. Breakfast was sparse and tastes awful - this place had the worst selection we have encountered so far. The place feels eerie, like you're in a horror movie. Everything smells like cigarette smoke. The only other guests we saw were what looked like Chinese high rollers coming across the border to gamble. One of the rooms we stumbled into, near the pool, was almost pitch black and full of empty liquor bottles. Speculate that it's for strippers and the hotel doubles as a brothel. We didn't stay and weren't reimbursed. Instead we were charged an exorbitant fee for a 5 minute taxi to the bus station.
