The restaurant food was good
The location and the pool did not look like the photo on website
It was spacious.
The toilet clogged up and the bathtub shower was clogged too. They fixed the toilet immediately but even though they didn’t offer to change rooms or anything.
Reception area beautiful and a pretty roof top pool!
Rooms had AC and wifi, but quite basic & slightly dated decor.
Laundry exceptionally expensive - have never paid so much for laundry, not even in a London hotel! Go out to get laundry done!

It was a normal hotel , not bad not good , staff where good , location was friendly, building was normal , you can walk to train street and walking street

The staff were friendly & helpful throughout my stay. Great hotel for the solo traveller as it was clean & secure.
I didn't realise the distance from the hotel to the city centre when booking (my error). It was only 2 km, which i did walk,but nothing to see on the walk-in. Grab motorbike was only 5-7 mins in.
The pool upstairs was clean,but the pool lining was coming apart as you went further into the pool.
Me along with 2 families visited on 29th September. Hotel and Rooms are managed ok. We hardly stayed in hotel due to busy itinerary, this was the 1st day of our 10 day Vietnam trip and it left us a bad experience with hotel staff.
We are charged 100,000 VND stating that 2 hand napkins were missing during our check out. I wonder how it happened and we were very sure that no napkins were placed in the room. The staff were least bothered and gave no room for explanation, we also said to check our baggage. For me it is not about the money, it is about the insult they did for 2 napkins.
I would advise the guests to be careful about their behavior .
It was in all a good Trip
The hotel was nice and modern and the staff were very helpful and even help us stow our luggage while we went on an overnight cruise.
Spacious room, enough cupboard space.
Shower inside the bathtub instead of shower only made it slightly uncomfortable to get inside tub.

Very cosy and centrally located in Hanoi. The rooms are of decent size and best part for us vegetarians from India. We had good indian fare in the breakfast buffet, something we did not find anywhere in Vietnam during our trip. Courteous staff.
