The landlady, Kim was very nice and accommodating. She helped me with the directions around the area. It was hard to find her at first. They do not have a reception area, but the people in the condo helped me contact her. I would advice you buy a sim at the airport if you don't have a thai number and you contact her (number indicated in her post) prior to going to the condo. The place is not a hotel so don't expect much of this place. This is more of a condo type room and you will be living with the locals. It was huge with good AC, bath, TV, ref and sofa inside the room. If you're planning to attend a concert or an event in Impact or SCG stadium, and not looking for a high end hotel, I would highly recommend this place. You get what you pay for- again, this is not a high end hotel. Unimpressed booked it on face value only to get there and no internet, this is a 1.5 star
this place i got the experience to live among the local people of bangkok! huge apartment complex! however, the staff was very good. the place for its size was very quiet and the security was great! i would stay there again!
