Jak zawsze Hotel oceniamy na super 10. Przemiła obsługa, sprawne wcześniejsze zameldowanie, śniadanie bardzo smaczne z pyszną kawą . Pokoje jak i cały obiekt czyste i zadbane. Polecamy !!!

A fantastic stay with excellent service, great facilities, and a perfect location.
Pros:

Firstly, all of the staff members were incredibly friendly and professional, which made our stay especially enjoyable. A special thank you to Sagar and Raj for taking such great care of us throughout our visit.

The room was clean, comfortable, and very well equipped. All of the facilities - including the pool, pool bar, and restaurant - were well maintained, tidy, and welcoming.

The location was excellent, right in the center of Ayia Napa, with all of the clubs just a 5–10 minute walk away. The beautiful beaches were also easily accessible on foot.

Not Ideal for a Quiet Getaway
Pros:

It was quite clean.

Cons:

Most of the guests staying at the hotel appeared to be from a younger age group, which created a rather lively atmosphere. The hotel was often quite noisy, especially around the pool area and during the evenings, with guests playing music and socializing loudly. As a result, I did not get the impression of a particularly relaxing environment.

At times, I also felt somewhat unsafe. In the evenings, I frequently encountered intoxicated guests either returning to or leaving the hotel. This was especially uncomfortable during my first night, when I was assigned a room in the basement level. Fortunately, after I requested a room change, the staff were very helpful and moved me to a room on the second floor, where I felt much more comfortable and secure.

Although breakfast was included in my stay, I did not attend because it ended at 10:00 a.m., which felt rather early for a vacation schedule.
The hotel was located approximately a 40-minute walk from the beach, or about 8 minutes by car.
