Terrible. We were there for 20 minutes and left to find alternative accommodation. This place may have been great once b

Absolutely not one single thing. Filthy place

Cons:

Security and staff were sleeping when we arrived. Not even a bottle of water on offer - they said we could not buy anything to drink. This was at 5am. Filthy shower and toilet. Aircon and WiFi did not work in the room.

Old, faded, stained bedding and the worst smell of mould.

I could never clean myself in that disaster of a filthy bathroom or sleep in those beds that look like the bedding has not been changed in years.

The rooms were not clean. The bathroom was outdated. No toiletries. The towels were worn out. The pillows were stained. The room card key didn't work. The toilet door didn't close and stayed open.

My stay was good.
Pros:

Welcoming front desk and manager. Fast internet.

Cons:

Electric wall plugs under the desk were not well fixed, intercom was not working, lack of communication between management and front desk staff about my online payment paid. There was no body lotion and toothpaste.
There was problem getting food at night as kitchen closes early.

L’emplacement et le personnel très gentil.

Cons:

L’hôtel est très très vieillot. Il mériterait des travaux. Pas de drap dans le lit ! Et oui pour moi c’était une première !

Tres bon sejour à Dar es Salam
Pros:

Bien placé, proche du port pour Zanzibar et de la gare des trains. L'hotel a un minivan, ils nous ont déposés au bateau gratuitement. Bon petit déjeuner buffet. Wifi. Salle de bain avec eau froide seulement et bon jet! Ma fille a oublié sa veste et un tee shirt dans le placard, ils les ont gardés jusqu'à notre retour 1 semaine aprés! Merci infiniment!

Tres bon séjour
Pros:

Hotel proche du port pour le ferry de Zanzibar, de la gare des trains. Les chambres sont climatisées, la salle de bain avec douche est tres bien.
Petit dejeuner buffet le matin tres appreciable.
Le personnel est tres gentil. Nous avons été déposés au terminal du ferry pour Zanzibar par l'hotel gratuitement.
Tres bon séjour!
