Pros:

Situation centrale de l'hôtel. Chambre bien meilleure que celle de la fois précédente, qui était plus petite, sans aucune vue et où il y avait des cafards). Cette fois, nous avions la chambre 701, grande chambre sur un angle de l'hôtel, jolie vue et pas le moindre cafard... Personnel de réception très réactif et efficace. Excellent shuttle pour l'aéroport. Très bon rapport qualité-prix.

Cons:

Petit-déjeuner correct mais très basique. En même temps, pour le prix de la chambre et pdj, on ne se plaint pas.

Nous étions par la troisième fois en 10 jours dans cet hôtel et avons obtenu la même chambre (701) que la dernière fois. Grande, jolie vue, propre.

Cons:

Petit déjeuner basique mais correct pour le prix.
Comme il n'y a pas d'autre espace pour en faire part, nous déconseillons absolument le restaurant pourtant renommé Bravo Coco Beach. Très cher et franchement quelconque. On nous avait dit que c'était le meilleur endroit pour manger des fruits de mer et nous avons très bien déjeuné et mieux mangé à deux pour la moitié du prix au marché aux poissons de Kivukoni. Et le choix de fruits de mer se limitait au poulpe, au calmar et aux crevettes jumbo, c'est à dire absolument rien d'original, et avec des préparations de style international. Du ketchup en accompagnement mais impossible d'avoir une sauce au lait de coco... Nous avons été choqué par la réflexion du serveur à qui nous demandions, vu qu'il n'y en avait pas sur la carte, une bouteille de leur meilleur vin tanzanien et qui nous a répondu, l'air dégoûté : "Monsieur, ici on ne sert pas de vin local" alors que nous avons bu de très bons vins de la région de Dodoma sur Tanzania Airlines et dans différents restaurants à Dar et à Kigoma. Ils n'avaient que des vins sud-africains et français à des prix allant de 80.000 à plus de 300.000 Tsh.

The breakfast experience was poor — most of the dishes were already cold by around 9am, though perhaps I may have arrived a bit late. The variety was also limited and the food did not seem well prepared. The room was not properly cleaned, and I was itchy throughout the night, though I’m not sure what caused it. Thankfully, I had repellent with me, which helped somewhat. Overall, the standards and quality seem to have declined significantly since my last stay.”

Pros:

it was good location ,so i extended another few days ,staff was good including staff of breakfast department

Cons:

no shower gel no shampoo or bottle of watet, bed was not comfortable , breakfast was good but every day the same food no upgraded

I stayed here 10 dsys
Pros:

Super friendly staff , location is excellent, clean,every thing nearby , Ferry terminal and Railway Station walkable ,safe, hotel price was good

Cons:

Hotel doesn’t provide shower gel and shampoo, water you need to buy from them or outside, this is not big issue ,as a 3 star hotel is ok
