Berd’s is a brilliant place to stay in Chișinău. The rooms are well-decorated and have everything you need, and the bar, restaurant (you must eat here at least once during your stay the food is divine) and spa all add to what is already a very good hotel.
Where it truly stands out, though, is the staff. In hundreds of hotels I have never encountered service quite like it — particular credit to Nelu and Anton, who were exceptional throughout.
We were visiting for my father’s birthday and they went well out of their way to make the trip run smoothly. Whenever we had questions or needed something arranged, they were available on WhatsApp and replied instantly, always with helpful recommendations or able to book things for us when needed.
That level of service is the reason we will absolutely be back next time we visit this beautiful city. Thank you for making it a truly special visit.

The hotel was just wow! Rooms were gorgeous, service amazing and the restaurant is unforgettable. All of dishes are delicious, beautiful, and I say - sexy, so we didn’t want to leave. We truly enjoyed it and cant wait to come back!
