Pros:

Дружелюбный персонал, комфортный номер, удобная кровать, меню подушек на выбор. В номере есть все необходимое. Ресторан хорош. Спа релакс полный. Все прекрасно!

Outstanding experience in Chisinau

Berds hotel was an amazing experience. Breakfast was outstanding, and Clara who is working there is very professional and kind, she is paying attention to the customer needs, is always very helpful and I wish her all the best, because she deserves it!… was just an absolute pleasure to be there, thank you for the chance to feel so welcome!

Authentically Superb
Pros:

Terrific boutique hotel in Chisinău. Priding itself in local suppliers, artists, crafts, foods. A 5 star comfort hotel - what a great nights sleep I had here. Dinner in their terrace restaurant was delectable and the attention from the serving team was excellent.

Verstecktes Goldstück im Osten Europas
Pros:

Einfach alles! Die Unterkunft war makellos und das Personal überaus freundlich. Ich habe selten so aufmerksame Mitarbeiter gesehen. Der Service war top und auch das Essen war richtiges Fine-Dining. Vom Frühstück bis zum Abendessen.
Ausserdem sieht man wie fest man sich bei der Einrichtung mühe gegeben hat.

Gar nichts.

Це неймовірний готель. Фантастичне поєднання сервісу, комфорту, національних мотивів, гостинності та смачної кухні. Продумана кожна деталь, в номері є абсолютно все для комфортного проживання: від праски і кавоварки до морської солі і мачалочки у ванні. Дуже привітний, турботливий і гостинний персонал. Відчуття, що приїхала в гості до родичів. Особливо хочу відмітити конс'єржа Нелу та офіціантку Ravel. Ресторан- окрема любов, неймовірно смачно та оригінально. Ну і комплімент при виселенні- в саме серденько❤️

Pros:

Отличный сервис, сотрудники были максимально приветливы и очень услужливы. Управляющий отелем явно хорошо поработал с персоналом, над тем как они проявляют внимание к клиентам. Не во всех 5* отелях можно наблюдать подобный уровень заботы о клиенте.

Cons:

Сервис был настолько хорошим, что не на что пожаловаться....А моя жена обычно это любит делать....Лишили человека возможности пожаловаться! Ужас!
