Не первый раз останавливаюсь в отеле, всё на высшем уровне. Есть и concierge desk если что-то нужно организовать, консьерж Нелу всегда рад помочь, также Антон с рецепции, доброжелательный молодой человек. В целом персонал отзывчивый и внимательный.
