* Arrivals expected in the morning, before the regular check-in time (ECI), pre-registration will be necessary, which guarantees the availability of the apartment upon the guest's arrival and will imply a full charge of one more night. For check-outs before 6:00 pm, we will charge an additional 50% (LCO) of the full daily rate and 100% (LCO) for departures after 6:00 pm. Prior consultation with the hotel regarding availability is required.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Mir hat die Unterkunft sehr gefallen, es war ordentlich, sauber und schick. Das Personal war professionell, freundlich und man hat sich einfach wohl gefühlt! Das Essen war auch gut. Ist gut gelegen hat einen 24h Laden in der nähe. 10 Min mit dem Auto hat es ein Einkaufszentrum. 30 Min mit dem Auto ist man in der Stadt. Würde jedenfalls wieder kommen.

Tudo muito lindo! Amamos o quarto, a decoração, a limpeza foi realizada todos os dias de forma excepcional, café da manhã muito farto e de extrema qualidade, serviço de toalhas à disposição, equipe educada, sauna poderosa, localização beira mar. Enfim, voltaria sem dúvidas.
Área da piscina e piscina relativamente pequenas, poderia ser bem melhor. Não oferecem serviço de praia (cadeira e guarda sol), é pago a parte direto com barraqueiros na areia.

Experiência péssima do inicio ao fim, cheguei com o meu carro pessoal ao estabelecimento e deixei no valet para estacionarem e de cara já bateram com o meu carro, me chamaram para ver a batida e falaram que o carro já chegou assim, sorte que o carro tinha camera interna e pegou o momento da batida, estou até hoje tentando resolver o meu problema e o hotel me ignora nas ligações e falaram na hora que iriam acompanhar todo o processo junto a empresa terceira, mas isso não aconteceu em momento algum. Processo horrível e estou tentando resolver desde então e a principio assumiram o problema e falaram que iriam pagar, mas estão em enrolando e agora mando mensagem, tento ligar e ninguém me atende.
Infelizmente vou ter que perder tempo e acionar o hotel judicialmente para tentar resolver o problema e não ficar com o prejuizo da batida no carro que por sinal tinha 5 meses de uso e com várias cameras ajudando e mesmo assim conseguiram fazer o impossível de bater com o carro.
Café da manhã impecável e atendimento de todos os funcionários fizeram muita diferença
achei que a limpeza do piso de dos móveis do quarto onde estava não estava 100%. O quarto onde eu estava tinha uma outra porta que dava pra outro lugar e escutei barulho do outro quarto

Gastronomia otima. Staff de todas as areas preparados e educados. Quarto espaçoso e confortavel. Academia e piscinas muito bons.
Estrutura do hotel excelente e os funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos.
No café da manhã, o fluxo é muito grande de pessoas e sempre confusão para pegar mesas. E uma pessoa "rouba" mesa da outra. Sugiro que coloquem uma placa em cada mesa para que possamos sinalizar que ela está ocupada enquanto estamos nos servindo.
