Pros:

El spa y gym no estaban cerrados porque estaban en construcción y cables sueltos por los pasillos como una habitación con la terraza sucia y cables sueltos en el cabezal de la cama para finalizar un generador en frente la habitación c9n un ruido tremendo

Hermoso hotel ubicado frente al mar con excelente desayuno y servicio
Pros:

La ubicación, el servicio atento y rápido, el desayuno

Cons:

Podría mejorar el estado de limpieza de los baños. Se tapaban los desagües de la bañera y lavamanos y tuvimos que llamar a mantenimiento que lograron destaparlos después de maniobrar mucho. Sacaron una cantidad de pelos impresionante. Eso debiesen hacerlo antes de entregar las habitaciones al siguiente pasajero.

A piscina e a localização valem a pena
Pros:

- As camas grandes e confortáveis
- vários elevadores

Cons:

- Não dar para fazer late check Out e não ter duches ( só um com água fria lá em cima) para tomar banho.
- não ter apoio de praia do hotel
- não tinha gel duche

My go to hotel in Tijuca
Pros:

The breakfast and evening buffet were excellent (the best buffet chicken I have had, all lovely and moist).

There was an incident with the lift banging and shaking violently but the fail safe worked perfectly.

Cons:

Like a lot of hotels in Rio it was blighted by tours and conferences!

Muito boa!
Pros:

Gostei muito do hotel. Fui com meu marido e meu cachorrinho, e fomos muito bem atendidos. O café da manhã é ótimo, assim como as acomodações. Apesar de nem todos os espaços serem liberados para que meu cachorrinho estivesse conosco, ao menos o acesso à área da piscina foi permitido, o que fez toda a diferença para nós. Também participamos da festa de Réveillon, que foi ótima.

Como sugestão de melhoria, acredito que poderia haver ao menos um espaço reservado no café da manhã para hóspedes acompanhados de seus pets. Para quem opta por viajar com um animal, a companhia realmente importa, especialmente considerando que a estadia para pets é cobrada.

No mais, a experiência foi ótima.

Cons:

Como ponto de atenção, o secador de cabelo poderia ser mais potente. Já me hospedei em muitos hotéis e, inclusive, hotéis mais simples costumam oferecer secadores com melhor desempenho. Pode parecer um detalhe, mas para quem tem cabelo comprido, como eu, o tempo excessivo para secar o cabelo acaba sendo um ponto negativo.

Bom hotel de 5 estrelas mesmo em epoca de Carnaval
Pros:

Boa Localização e boa qualidade dos quartos.

Cons:

As cortinas do quarto nao bloqueiam 100% da luz pelo que nao foi possivel descansar ate mais tarde. A sala do cafe da manha por ser tao grande e o hotel estar lotado fica com muito barulho. E senti falta do serviço de praia do Hotel, cadeiras e sombrinha acho que sao obrigatorios num hotel de 5 estrelas com as diarias que sao cobradas.
