Falta de mantenimiento de las instalaciones en general, sobre todo en zonas comunes o restaurantes; desorden, mobiliario en mal estado, falta de limpieza, malos olores…
Las habitaciones en cuanto a limpieza, bien, pero la ducha, por ejemplo, necesita una renovación, al igual que el mobiliario.
