Pros:

La piscina y el entorno

Cons:

Que hubiera solo un restaurante para todo el hotel y no nos dieran ni un bocata porque no habiamos reservado. Estando a 5 km de Cuenca en el medio de la nada tendrian que tener servicio para los huespedes.

Bastante bien
Pros:

La ubicación es muy bonita, está entre montañas. La piscina es amplia. Los comedores e instalaciones son bonitos. Las habitaciones son grandes.
El personal en general es amable, pedimos un cambio de habitación y nos lo tramitaron enseguida.

Cons:

El servicio para las comidas es regular y para las cenas, desastroso. Es obligatorio reservar y aún así hay esperas y demoras.
Al estar en mitad de las montañas, no puedes abrir las ventanas de la habitación porque se te llena de bichos.

Tranquilo y fresco.
Pros:

Esta a las afueras y es fresquito. El hotel es muy bonito. Y la piscina y el aparcamiento son perfectos.

Cons:

El restaurante no se lo recomiendo ni a mi peor enemigo.

Una pena que no limpien bien

La limpieza del baño deja mucho que desear.

Hay muchísimo polvo acumulado en los radiadores del baño.
Pasaron un día a recoger la habitación y las misma miga grande que había en el suelo del baño, ahí se quedó. Las manchas del suelo por las gotas de agua chafadas tampoco las han limpiado. No olía tampoco a que hubieran limpiado.
Nos han aparecido 3 arañas bastante grandes en la zona del wc y había una telaraña en el rincón.

En el resto de la habitación todo bien, por lo que me ha dado la impresión de que es el baño lo que no limpian, solo pasan a hacer las camas, pero no pasan el mocho ni desinfectan.

Cons:

La restauración. El restaurante donde nos sentaron para comer no nos gustó nada. De hecho vinieron dos moscas muertas en mi plato de lubina. Es un pena que en un sitio así no haya un buen restaurante.

Cons:

The staff really don’t like the British. Rude staff, food appalling, private functions on which meant residents were barred from certain areas. No food available until 8.30- and it was dreadful. Breakfast terrible - hot things were cold, cold things were warm, fruit was well past its best, loud music playing in the breakfast room. Furniture in our room was broken and air con not working. Toilet ran all night. Would never go again.

Location is a beautiful surrounding by mountains, and the hotel has a antique vibe which looks very nice.

Cons:

Price was high for what it was offered. Breakfast not included and restaurant opens at 8:30 am, late for us that like to enjoy trekking and wake up early to enjoy the nature. The hotel did not even had a coffee machine in the room or downstairs. No refrigerator in the room, bathroom shower was not clean, and one of the showers need it repair, there was not mirror in the room, and not a stool or something to open the suitcase. The hotel had events at night, all the parking spaces were taking for the clients to park. We had to park in a very incovenient place behind the hotel. When we get there on friday we had lunch, food was Ok and expensive. For 1 salad, 2 entries, one beer, one water and bread we paid 54 euros, the did not offer menu of the day either. . Not worth the money we paid.

Buena opción para descansar con niños
Pros:

Nos ha gustado muchísimo nuestra estancia y esperamos volver. Es un hotel ideal para familias con niños, ya que cuenta con muchas actividades e instalaciones pensadas para ellos.
Queremos destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal, que ha sido excelente durante toda nuestra estancia. También nos han encantado las zonas comunes, el ambiente familiar y la comida, todo muy bien organizado.
Como pequeño punto a mejorar, creemos que la limpieza podría ser un poco más cuidada en algunos aspectos. Aun así, la experiencia ha sido muy positiva y hemos disfrutado mucho de nuestras vacaciones.
¡Muchas gracias! Sin duda, un hotel muy recomendable para viajar con niños. 😊
