Pros:

El Hotel es precioso y lo mejor es la ubicación , por el coche . Los baños estaban limpios pero con desperfectos se veía que habían tenido algún problema.
El personal del restaurante majísimos, responden a cualquier pregunta. En especial Angélica un sol.
Los desayunos uno de los mejores buffet que he probado .

Cons:

Los baños la alcachofa bailaba
En la habitación mucho calor aunque hacia frío fuera es cierto pero por la noche pasamos calor.

Hermoso hotel y muy recomendable.
Pros:

La ubicacion es muy buena.
El trato en el restaurante no fue de lo mejor pero la comida era muy buena.
El desayuno muy bien.
Un hotel super lindo a donde volveria y lo recomendaria sin problema.

Cons:

Lo unico para mi el colchon era un poco duro , eso no quiere decir que era malo .
El resto excelente

La calefaccion , estaba al tope , entiendo que nos dijeran q para unos es demasiado por q en otras habitaciones no llegaba tanto calor.

Fantastische locatie en vriendelijk personeel.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel. Vooral Angelica in het restaurant, die precies wist wat we nodig hadden met de hond erbij.

Beau, agréable et bon marché.
Pros:

Un accueil très sympathique et efficace par la jeune femme en poste à la réception. Elle nous a proposé la demi-pension, intéressante pour nous, validé sans regret. Et tout le séjour fut très agréable : l'environnement, le lieu, le personnel, la propreté, le confort et le petit-déj. Rien d'exceptionnel sur les repas, mais très bon rapport qualité prix. Bref, nous avons adoré et si nous revenons à Cuenca, nous reviendrons !

DESCONEXIÓN TOTAL (ni internet siquiera).

La comodidad de las camas, el desayuno y estar rodeado de naturaleza.

Cons:

Es un hotel al que se pueden llevar mascotas y eche en falta un espacio apropiado para que los animales hagan sus necesidades, ya que el hotel esta rodeado de montaña y carretera y no esta muy claro donde puedes sacar a pasear a tu mascota. También el internet no funciona apenas nada, y en vista de esto, deberían tener mapas de carreteras y rutas de la zona ya que no puedes mirar absolutamente nada en el móvil porque no funciona el internet.

Wonderful stay near Cuenca in a traditional building
Pros:

Beautiful lodging in a historical building in a small canyon next to Cuenca . Great breakfast and friendly staff. The reception woman at night walked us to our room which we very much appreciated since it was trickyto get there

Cons:

The room had two showers in a stall but water could get out to the rest of the bathroom since there was no shower door or curtain. It would be nice if there was something to prevent the water from getting out
