Last time it was horrible.
Pros:

I think that I could have been placed in another room.

Cons:

I didn’t like that fact that there was young people have a party across the hall and they was banging on my door running 🏃 up and down the hallway being loud and trafflin. They were disrespectful.

Pros:

Check in process was great! So very sweet. The room was very clean I didn’t find anything wrong and I’m very pleased with the services I got from housekeeping and an inspector I ran into aswell.

Visiting family and friends for the holiday
Pros:

The room was very comfortable
We could have had cleaning services a little more frequently.

Cons:

We had to have our keys reset several times when we would leave the hotel and return ww could not get in the room
We would have to go back to the front desk
This happened more than 3 times.
Not sure we prepaid for our room before arriving at the hotel.

Clean with great customer service.
Pros:

Great service and friendly staff. Food was fresh and hot every day with a variety and the staff stayed on top of refills etc. Coffee was great! Didn’t get to partake in the complimentary apps and drinks offered M-W evenings. However, I’m sure it is great if it’s anything like the breakfast offered each day. Only negative is that it was obvious the building need renovated. It was clean, just a bit aged. Highly recommend this property!!
