It was fair
Pros:

Location

Cons:

For the price it wasn't what I expected. Breakfast had almost nothing left so we had to have breakfast out at 9 am. That was extra cost to us. Wasn't impressed with that.

Not comfortable, for the price we paid for the one night.
Pros:

Location and breakfast were good.

Cons:

I couldn’t sleep too much noise coming from the top room . Noise ans steps keep waking me up on and off and was so hard to get back to sleep.

If we get back to PEI I wouldn't hesitate to book the Dutch Inn.n
Pros:

Good breakfast. Loved bathroom, awesome size. Donna was an absolute peach. So personable and helpful.

Cons:

Location of ice machine, long treck for sure from room 137. Also odd, no meat at breakfast.
