The staffs were very nice.

It felt like Airbnb not really like a hotel.

The bedsheets were not changed for 4 days and it stank. The bed is basically squeaky boards. The towels were not always replaced and I had to use my own.
The staff was friendly though and it it was safe.

Great location for shopping in busy city! In posh embassy area so costs are higher but choice is wide

This place had more then we expected and was a nice surprise. They may want to mop the floors a little better, but loved the space we had and having a full kitchen was fabulous.

The staff were friendly, helpful,and followed up, in short excellent. Five stars. The hotel was clean and well located in safe area walking distance to malls and stores. Not a lot of fancy aminities or manicured grounds, it is a high rise style hotel but very good value for your money. Restaurant is a bit limited but food was good and again staff was first class. The hotel driver arranged a great day long trip to a lake with nice fish lunch.

the room was well cleaned everyday. Spraying the rooms of mosquitoes was well appreciated.

There was little or no hot water on both days of our stay.
One of our rooms had an emergency exit in the room. The stairs outside of the door were used by staff and it was very noisy early in the morning and throughout the night. At breakfast, bread had some mold

The hotel was generally good, rooms spacious and cosy and certainly balcony is very useful. Restaurant staff was really nice and friendly. A little negative detail was that when guest from another room came to visit, we got a call from the staff, inquiring why there are currently 3 people in our room while it's a room for two guests. I had to explain that the person just came to have chat and later going to his own room. This left impression like privacy is not much respected and the guests movements within hotel are somehow observed too much. I am a frequent traveller and it was first time something like that occured.
But overall good hotel with fine facilities and can offer enjoyable stay.

Place well situated and the staff were friendly. Only thing is the construction being done in the area which starts quite early. Malls and restaurants very close. Recommend.

This is a good, clean, secure hotel in a good area. The staff were friendly and efficient, and the wifi worked well. The room did not have air conditioning, although it was not needed anyhow. The room had a balcony. The food in the restaurant was of variable quality, but was generally okay. I would be happy to return to this hotel.

The hotel was as advertised (close to everything, clean and good breakfast). Many hotels in Nairobi aren’t what is advertised online.

Westend Hotel is a superb value three star business hotel.
Located is Westlands (which is rapidly becoming the main business district). Immediate hotel surroundings are nothing special but you are a 5-10 minute walk from shopping malls, restaurants, and night life.
Rooms are comfortable and super clean.
The on site restaurant offers a full (and large) selection of food 24 hours. Service impeccable and the food is very good.
They have conference rooms, gym & spa (which I didn’t use).
AND ... superb value with several room options for less than $100

Food was good. The gym and spa are ok. The room was spacious and comfortable. Location quite scary though. And the receptionist should have more manners and respectful. Accept mistakes that you had done. Make sure always assign the right room to the guests. Overall poor in professionalism.

I like the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness of the room and the property. The professionalism of the staff is commendable

However, I didn't like the fact that there were mosquitos and the Central AC system was turned off at night.

I spent 2 nights there. On the day of check in, our room type was full, we got a free upgrade for first night. We has a early day tour departure, 4:30am. They offer us a pick breakfast which we did not expexted for. The staff there are very nice. Comfort bed, hot shower, quiet and good breakfast.

The hotel is quite good for the price. They offer a good variety of food for breakfast, free water bottles every day, the free WiFi that is quite fast.
The hotel staff is extremely nice and attentive to customer needs. The location is very good, you can walk to Westgate mall and neighboring places.
The only issue I see is that hot water was not working very well.
