Yokohama Royal Park Hotel

I stayed for 3 days with a total of 4 people (2 rooms). From the start of check-in, I was confirmed about the room cleaning schedule, and I clearly mentioned that I wanted the rooms to be cleaned between 11 AM and 1 PM.
However, the next day, the room was not cleaned.
I then reconfirmed with the front desk, and they asked again about the cleaning schedule. Once again, I stated that I wanted the room cleaned between 11 AM and 1 PM. Yet today, at 9 PM, when I returned to the room tonight, it was still messy and hadn’t been cleaned.
I called the front desk again, and they claimed that I was the one who said that didn’t want the room to be cleaned. Seriously???!! I am willingly slept in a room full of trash for 3 consecutive days. Where is the logic in that?

My favorite location in Yokohama. Great location, amazing shopping options nearby, reasonable prices, and fantastic views.

The location is great and hotel is beautiful, but I will never stay again because:
I arrived Saturday at 2:00, room is ready, but extra charge to go to it before 3:30
Checkout is 10:00, could get noon checkout for 6000 Yen.
Breakfast is 4000 Yen.
There is no plug for area to do work on computer.
I stay in hotels over 200 nights per year globally and have never seen such anti customer rules. Won’t be back to this hotel. It was our Tokyo office suggested this hotel and suggested they take it off of their list.

The hotel is located in the best area in Yokohama. The staffs are very friendly and gave us a great service.

The service provided from check-in to check-out was excellent. There were a lot of staff members to help with questions, with luggage, etc. The rooms are comfortable and the hotel is in walking distance to train stations and there are places to visit within walking distance for people like us who are there to visit/sightsee in Yokohama. Their breakfast buffet is excellent. We would definitely stay there again.

Great hotel and very convenient. Rooms are large for Japan.

Excellent hotel. This is my second stay with Royal Park Yokohama . Staff are friendly and nice. Excellent view and easy to access everywhere. Can’t wait to go again after renovations!

Wow what can I say. Exceptional service and wonderful stay. Our stay was the best of all the places we stayed in. I lost my phone on the first day and they bent over backwards to help out. The airport bus limousine turned around and the driver returned my phone that I had left on the seat!
The room was beautiful with a view to Mount Fuji. Breakfast was the best that I have ever had in a hotel.
I loved this hotel so much.

The hotel is getting out of date, but location is very good. Services by hotel was not as good as used to be.

Comfortable, Peaceful, Relaxing, Spacious and great scenery.

This is the second time that I visited this Hotel in 2024. I live in a 506 Sq Feet Atelier room with Bay-View this time. Price is affordable, considering for having such a big room with bay- view.
From Subway station, there is a stair with cover walking to the hotel. Lots of Food around the area.
Plenty of helpful staff on lobby, and they speak English. There is a counter on ground floor for Yamato Delivery. The staff helps me to ship my luggage to my next destination hotel and to contact my next hotel before shipping.
5 minutes of walking to the subway station, plaza, and Summit Super Market. Maybe a couple of minutes walking to world porter, Nissin Cup Noodle Factory.

This institution of a hotel is right at the center. Landmark Mall is downstairs, walk to Mark Is and the Yokohama famous tourist sights are few minutes walk. We never used public transportas all is just around. The service is perfect. Rooms are well kept and the true essence of 5 star hotel is there. Will def go back.

My family and I have a great time at this hotel. The hotel is very generous and totally care about customer satisfaction. I rather stay at this hotel, than any other hotel in Tokyo or Yokohama. You can experience staying at one of the tallest hotel in the world. It has the best city view. Getting the breakfast is a must. The breakfast is delicious and maintain high quality. This is one of the best breakfast in Japan. You can enjoy the breakfast at the 70th floor. It has the best view. The staff and managers from the hotel and restaurant are very professional, helpful, and generous. The team truly reflects the General Manager’s, great characters and leadership. They truly cares about his guest satisfactions. The room is spacious and clean and has the best view. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends, and one day would come back again.
