Perfekter Ort um dem Winter zu entkommen, sehr erholsam, entspannend und ruhig. Wir kommen wieder!
Pros:

Geräumige Zimmer, Strandausstattung (Strandstühle, Beach/Pool-Handtücher, Sonnenschirm). Das Hotel liegt 3 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt, bis zu den Restaurants & Bars, an der Strandpromenade, läuft man 10 -15 Minuten. Selbst mit Beginn des Springbreaks ist die Umgebung um das Hotel herum ruhig, keine Partyzone. Im Hotel selbst sind auch keine "Springbreaker" erwünscht.
Die Strandpromenade eignet sich hervorragend zum Laufen/Joggen am Morgen, am Besten beim Sonnenaufgang.

Cons:

10 $ für einen Parkplatz, vor dem Hotel auf der Straße, halte ich für unangemessen. Letztes Jahr mussten wir nichts dafür bezahlen.
Die Tische in der Poolarea und am Grillplatz müssten ausgetauscht werden, bei allen sind die Tischplatten defekt, kleine Brettchen gebrochen oder Löcher im Tisch, das ist schade weil der Rest der Anlage wirklich sehr schön gepflegt ist

Pros:

This was my 4th stay. It's convenient, clean, and the apartment was perfect to visit with my daughter.

Cons:

This trip was very cold in Ft. Lauderdale and the apartment had NO heat.

Quiet nights sleep in a great location with extra hotel facilities
Pros:

Excellent location with well kept grounds and we appreciated the bbq area for making dinners plus the seating area outside the room. Neighborhood was quiet at night and we slept well. Great AC but unit was a little loud. Beach chairs and towels were a bonus that we took advantage of.

Cons:

The wifi was a bit weak, the bathroom ceiling needs painting and the room table and chairs are very wobbly and uncomfortable to sit at so we used the bbq area tables to eat at. Some of the outside furniture could use refreshing but most of the chairs were comfortable. The only place to wash room dishes is in the tiny bathroom sink and they do expect guests to wash the dishes.

Get place for long weekend getaway
Pros:

Location was excellent. Set up with kitchen and separate living room area was great. They also had both beach towels and chairs for guest use.

Well worth the price, if your expectations match the quality.
Pros:

I stayed at the property two different times in January, two weeks apart. By coincidence, they assigned me the same room on both stays.

Several items that were not right in the room had not been addressed in the two weeks between visits. In the bedroom, the TV did not work. Because two remotes were on the bedstand I fiddled with them to try to get the video to appear. Then I saw that a cable connecting the TV to videobox was not only not connected, but broken off at the end so that it could not plug into the box. Two weeks later, remotes on the bedstand and the cable, unfixed hanging from the TV.

In same bedroom there are two wall sconses for light. One works fine, and the other was like a strobe light...two weeks later no change. Received housekeeping the first morning I was there (checked in evening before), but not the next day. On second visit noticed water on the floor around the back of the toilet. It did not get worse or better, just stayed there.

Great location, great unit size, kitchen was very functional, bed comfortable. Good value for price paid, but housekeeping should either have a supervisor to check the rooms or staff should communicate what they see in the rooms to maintenance so things can be better maintained.

Móveis bem antigos e mal cuidados, limpeza deixa muito a desejar, ninguém no hotel para ajudar, passar informações etc.

Spacious, clean and close to the beach.

Close proximity to beach and local cafes. Kitchen and bathroom were well equipped .

Nothing really. Perhaps more lighting in Bedroom and living room , as we stayed in a darker ground floor apartment.

Very clean rooms and comfortable beds, don't let the age deter you, there are modern upgrades. Location is awesome, walking distance to everything. We'll stocked kitchenette. 👍

Cons:

Bathroom window didn't lock. #105. Used hair dryer cord as locking mechanism.

Nice hotel close to the beach.

We stayed only 24 hours of our three-day reservation because of substandard facilities

Location, spacious, clean

Cons:

No central air conditioning. Noisy, inefficient, old fashioned wall a/c unit and the bathroom door blocks the vents. Sign by toilet says you are not allowed to flush normal TOILET PAPER in the toilet. Poor lightning (one lamp in living room, harsh white lights in bedroom). No privacy front or back, must keep curtains closed because people are very close. Animal poop remained on the sidewalk for the 24 hours we were there. Surprise, suspicious charge that desk person required $10/per day for street parking (city street) and cash only. At refund time he pulled a $20 out of his pocket, no recorded transaction.
