No air conditioning
Pros:

Very convenient location but I would not stay here again. There was no air conditioning in the room, just a Dyson fan. Our room was very hot and uncomfortable.

Wonderful service and a beautiful place!
Pros:

Location of the hotel was just right off the old town, so it's convenient and not too noisy at the same time. The breakfast service was great, and the staff were always very nice and friendly. The room is big and comfortable, on top of looking good and stylish. The service was top-notch! I left an item behind and the team was able to send it back to me (within Switzerland) for free, with a nice little post card - very wonderful.

Parfait pour découvrir Bâle et vivre une expérience hôtelière chic et décontractée
Pros:

La chambre, les installations, l'accueil, le bar, le service café à l'étage des chambres, l'ambiance générale... chic et décontractée !!!

Cons:

Trop chaud dans la chambre ! Le ventilateur Dyson n'était pas assez puissant...

Pros:

Centraal gelegen op redelijk rustige lokatie. Badkamer was prima: wij hadden een douche, bad en apart toilet. Dat vind je niet vaak meer

Cons:

De kamer heeft geen airco; volgens het hotel om milieu redenen. Dat klinkt sympathiek, maar een kamertemperatuur van 26 graden ‘s nachts (in mei) is te warm en niet comfortabel. En een goede nachtrust is toch het eerste wat je in een hotel hoopt te vinden.

Pros:

Really great hotel in a good location, beautiful rooms with lovely toiletries and stylish furniture. Bed was quite soft but comfortable. Staff were also great and super helpful with recommendations. Would stay again!

Cons:

I had a bit of an issue with housekeeping but the hotel management were kind in their response.

Great experience at a Design Hotel
Pros:

Great location, beautiful room, staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast could have more choice- more fruit and replenish salmon but very nice, very good coffee. We book a lot of Design Hotels and tjis is a nice one
