Pros:

The breakfast was good.

Cons:

Our room had a bad smell. We stayed in room 215. It smelled like the rug was dirty.

Nice hotel

Cons:

The jacuzzi had yo much bleach, and the water temperature was normal. It should be hotter. Didn't like how little kids were permitted to be in the jacuzzi.

First impression was not great. Several other options in the area that would be considered if staying in again.

Cons:

The carpets had just been cleaned and we're wet. Socks and feet were wet when walking on it. This made it very uncomfortable.
The US flag was torn in half and shredded outside-(fyi-this was brought to the attention of the manager at the time of the stay)

90% happy with everything
Pros:

Convenient.

Cons:

Driveway has huge bump at entrance.
Kitchen worker was rude and talking angrily on her personal phone for everyone to hear.

Our stay was very nice and it was perfect for what we needed.
Pros:

We liked that it was conveniently located near many stores for essentials if needed and near the restaurant we had reservations for.

Cons:

We did not like that they allowed others to have a speaker in the pool area that didn’t respect that others wouldn’t want to listen to what was on their speaker.

Breakfast was good, beds comfortable

Cons:

Had requested a rollaway bed, hotel emailed back and said they would take care of it, checked in at around 1130pm and no bed, asked for it, they crumbled and brought 1hr plus later with no sheets, another 30min for sheets.
