Our stay was pleasant, comfortable and clean and modern with a wonderful staff and good breakfast.
Pros:

From the entrance at the beautiful lobby everything was very attractive. Our room was quite large and offers features no longer offered in many hotels like drawers and a regular closet. The breakfast was good. Everyone on the staff was friendly and helpful. I remember Julienne but did not get other names.

Cons:

Minor things, Surprised that the towels are so thin and the toilet paper is also thin and not soft.

Pros:

It was okay. The toaster was super slow and has a back up. The juice machine was broken. The woman who managed the breakfast area was great. She kept the place spotless and helped us when we asked for an item. The food was plentiful and tasty.

Cons:

The place doesn’t make beds. While we were there the carpets were cleaned. After cleaning the room had a bad smell for the next 24 hours.

It seemed clean and in a nice location.

Cons:

I have a complaint about a staff worker. I had asked her once where I was staying (I forgot to bring the insert that the key card was in) and I called the front desk to ask again. When she asked who was calling and I gave her my name, she said “I just told you ma’am,” and seemed very frustrated. I did not appreciate this. Other than that the stay was fine.

The hotel stay was fine but the pool area was terrible for the kids. Water was way too cold for an inside pool.
