The hotel stay was fine but the pool area was terrible for the kids. Water was way too cold for an inside pool.

Front desk staff was very kind and friendly.

Cons:

The smell of the areas because of an old moldy mop head. Very distinct smell. The common area attendant was absolutely kind , hard working and curtious.

The staff we interacted with was very friendly! They welcomed us warmly, offered an open invite to reach out if we had any questions, and kindly let me know when my door dash order arrived after a concert

It is always a pleasure to stay here and it is our stop of choice when travelling south.

Pros:

The staff was friendly welcoming us in and when we checked out. Our room was very clean and the beds were so comfortable. I will definitely stay here again if I have plan in the area again.
